good day to you. I want to change font of shop’s signs like SALE, OUT OF STOCK, etc. It seems to me, they are of the saame font. Also, i’ve notice, that those font used in Woocommerce Dropdown Cart Widget. So, i want to change that font to DEFAULT, which i set up in Options!

Font can be set globally, but unfortunately separate option doesn’t exist. We will consider possibility of adding it and we’ll add this to our feature requests list.

As for the update, we are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.

We are not no longer able to obtain the information on this particular font.
It’s either because our designers handmade the font or found a complete image on the web, or the designer didn’t specify the resources used.

Hi everybody, I bought this theme and I begun to configure it but I have a problem: I noticed that in Elasted Portfolio List, items on front end aren’t linked to each pages. I tried to set an url on the specific field but it doesn’t work. How can I set a solution? Thank you
1# Update: I noticed that links works only opening gallery on Pretty Photo on click, but there is an issue with z-index (plus icon). By the way, link for portfolio single page doesn’t work.
2# Update: the link issue shows only with Standard – Shader Item style; with Overlay Item style works.

I would like to customize the theme to my requirements, but when I create a classic theme-child (sweettooth-child) folder with style.css file, the style that I have written in style.css file doesn’t take effect.
I saw the main theme style is written in /assets/css/modules & modules.min.css file
I tried to figure out why and where I did it wrong I can’t find a solution, I have already worked on other WordPress and customized theme normally by creating a child-theme folder. But with SweetTooth I cannot.
Is there some special configuration needs to be done ?

I can’t log back into your item support, I verified with envato on this account as I am freelance. Now when I go to your ticksy page it only will login with my personal account which I don’t have any of your themes. I need to submit a ticket or it is possible that this can be answered here. The title area on single posts defaults to ‘Blog” I want the post title there as in all pages?

The portfolio items don’t work. Can’t click on them to open the single portfolio pages.

Maybe imported portfolio items have hash tag in custom link fields for each portfolio (when you edit each portfolio) so link won’t lead you anywhere. By editing each portfolio and removing custom link clicking on item should open single portfolio page. In case that you still have this issue afterwards then please get in touch with our support by submitting a ticket at https://elated.ticksy.com and also share WordPress admin details in your ticket.

1) Download the latest theme zip file from ThemeForest 2) Extract it and locate sweettooth.zip 3) Extract sweettooth.zip and locate the ‘sweettooth’ folder 4)Copy/Replace the contents of the ‘sweettooth’ folder to the /wp-content/themes/sweettoothfolder of your web site.

I initially liked the theme but I soon find out that it’s full of bugs, starting from the cart widget showing wrong amounts, not compatible with “essential” woocommerce plugins and the most important, almost NO SUPPORT. It was a total loss of time and money.

Please, note that we didn’t test all woocommerce plugin with our theme so we cannot confirm compatibility. But our trained support agents will investigate and try to help you. We could suggest to contact author of this plugin to check this, since author is familiar with their code.

I am having (I think) the same problem described by MINTYgroup above. On my client’s computer the menus are duplicating. Client is using the latest version of Chrome v63 on Mac OSX 10.13.2.
We added the Custom CSS you described and flushed the browser cache but still not working. It seems to be fine in Safari on the same machine however. Has there been ANOTHER Chrome update that might have broke the theme?

Theme takes very long to load both front end and back end. Modifying pages also takes very long to load. I am also getting 504 Gateway Timeout Error and the White Screen Of Death i have to keep killing page and reloading.

504 error is likely a server related issue, therefore, ask your host why the 504 is occurring.
