Wanted to ask you how come that non of your shortcodes work in LayerSlider’s “Dynamic contents from posts”?
We want to show 3 posts in the same slide in LayerSlider but it just takes one post. After hours of research we found that :
we have to add wp shortcodes to achieve this. Like other templates (Enfold). I found this message on their forum:
Just open a page and select default editor mode. In the text editor, use the magic wand and select: Content Elements> Blog posts. Use the settings as required and copy the generated shortcode in the Layer Slider.
the same thing does not work with BeTheme.
Long story short, please let us know how can we make a slider that shows 3 posts in each slide.

Yes, we know this option but as far as we knows, Layer Slider plugin does not parse shortcodes so we do not understand your question.

Hi, I’ve noticed some themes have a loading effect (animated icon while loading page). Does this theme have that and are there any examples I could see? Furthermore, how does this theme differ from the Bridge theme?

2. BeTheme is completely different so it’s very difficult to say what is different exactly. You should compare both yourself and the decide. You can start from documentation where we have some instructional videos.

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

Hello. I want to know, how can we add an extra button next to the search icon on the mobile menu?
we want that the mobile menu is:
(From left to right)logo + an icon (to specific link) + search icon + hamburger menu.
Please note that at the moment the search icon is under the logo and hamburger menu. we want it all in one line!
we could move the search icon with css:

But we couldnt find out how to add an extra icon next to it :/

Yes I installed CraftBeer template. But the home page says “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias craftbeer not found.” . I can’t find any CraftBeer Slider on downloaded files
You probably installed slider after the demo import and that’s why got this message. Now, you need to import only slider, exactly the same way as you’ve been importing demo.
Exactly, i can’t find the slider file. I have purchased several licences. Usually there’s Rev Slider folder where every Rev Slider for each theme is located. Now I can’t find any. How do I import?.. Is it like the older version, import from rev plugin?.. Or there’s another way around. Cause there’s no CraftBeer Rev Slider File found..

HI, I like your theme. But before I buy, I have a question. Your main theme Can be updated automatically, right? I do not have to update myself.
The problem has come through. I bought a theme from somewhere else in the themeforest.
When I use it for a long time. The page is loading very slowly. When tested with Google’s PageSpeed Insights Very low page load rating And need to edit. It also has to face the problem of being spam again.
Can your theme solve these problems?

1. To update theme, all you need to do is click “Update” button.
2. You can check page speed on here and decide yourself if it’s fast or not.
Please notice that page speed has nearly nothing to with the theme itself. There is many different factors that may has an impact on page speed like: heavy media (images, videos, etc.), poor hosting, internet connection between the place where your server is located and your current point, etc. So as you can see, there are many reasons which are independent of us.

If I want to update I have to do it through The main theme, or Child Theme, will not make the content on the Web has been affected. Do you have video tutorials?
You need to do this thru Dashboard > Updates section which is a default WP feature. It works exactly the same as for any default WP theme like Twenty Seventeen. And we do not have any tutorial of this because this is not theme related.
Is there any way to make a pagebreak? I tried everything but cannot make it. ISt there a solution?

I created a site with the pagebuilder. But for this i need a pagebreak now. How can i do this? If i add it in the wp-editor, my webpage got 2 sections. 1 built with the pagebuilder and 1 built with the wp-editor ?!
What do i have to choose, when i click on “Add Item”. With which option can i add an editor, who includes a pagebreak option?
JUst 1 more question. If i add a column, can i use an editor like TinyMCE? The standar editor does not hae many options and i have to typ in every html code on my own…
Pagebreak is WordPress features what means it could be used with default WP editor. There is no way to use it inside page builder unfortunately.
Regarding your 2nd question, to get the editor, you need to use Visual Editor item instead of Column.
Well, this does not really help me. This is a high quality theme, so i think, it´s time to include a pagebreak option…

You can use Testimonials Slider item as well instead.
Does not help. I have about 50 testimonials. If i make a slider, there are so many included, that noone would read all of them.

I understand, but maybe you can include this in a nearly update. Cause to be honest… a Pagebreak is often very necessary. My site is done. Without 1 page… So i have to wait for the launch now.
At this moment, we work on some other things and updates need to be done in proper queue so we can not add it in a nearly update.

Hi there, I have a problem. In the below link, there is a link on the 2 logos left and right side on the first slide of rev-slider. Once you move the mouse over those 2 logos it doesn’t show hand pointer which usually comes over when we hover over a link, though the link is there and it works fine. how can I bring the hand pointer over the logos?

Hi there, if u click on the logos they take you to the other page but you dont see the hand as you see on the arrows. How can the hand be visible on the logos too since they r links too.
Image between arrows is not link and that’s why you don’t have hand on it.
Hello. I just purchased the theme. I have an issue with the blog. When I ‘connected’ my blog page in the settings with the posting-page, my blog posts appear twice.
So I have my normal appearance, like I wanted it in my page. And then the same postings appear on the end of the page in a timeline. BUT I didn’t wanted that. I can’t find the settings to change that.

you probably set Blog item as well and that’s why have duplicate posts. The Blog page, should be empty if you set posts under Settings > Reading section.

pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We can not build those demos with Visual Composer because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.
Regarding your second question, we do not have any example of Easy Digital Downloads plugin.

Hey! SUPER theme!! Just bought license #4, to be used for a showcase demo site for clients. An issue though, after installing the pre-built Splash site, I cannot change the rev slider with my own, nor can I make changes to the home page without loosing all info after Core features on the page. I have the problem, that the logo in the menu is too small on retina displays. But wordpress seems to use the @2x-image :/ Everything is fine on “normal” displays.
