As we can see, the video works fine and we did not noticed anything wrong. Unfortunately, background videos does not work in some types of phones but this is more technical issue of mobile devices.

purchase codes are activated within a moment so we do not understand what for you need to wait for over 2 hours exactly. If you used license key on one website and decided to move the license onto new site, all you need to do is de-register license under BeTheme > Dashboard of current site and then register on a new domain.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I did that! I even installed everything again. Logged out of Envato, logged back in. It keeps taking an old code from another site I built a while ago. Muffin Builder will not see the new purchase code. I am not trying to use an old code as it is attached to another account.
