Hi guys. Just installed the newest version on a client’s server and for the first time ever I’m having major issues. First Rev slider kept throwing out an Ajax error, which I could fix by deactivating Contact Form 7. Then when I wanted to edit the branding and headers it wouldn’t save, so I deactivated the plugins one by one and it will only save my theme edits if I deactivate WPBakery. I’m at a loss, what could possibly cause this? I’m in a bit of a bind, because I need to deliver the site by Monday.

Sounds like there’s something seriously wrong with the server environment. If the issue is urgent, the simplest solution would be to simply change the server.
If it can wait a day or two – please create a ticket at our help-desk and post its ID here – I’ll ask our guys to take a look into it first thing Monday morning.

a very mixed theme. While changing the logo, the site’s settings are distorted.

It sounds like you were trying to change your logo in Theme Options Wizard. Wizard is designed to automatically generate a website design – not to change a logo. And that’s basically what it did. It also features big huge warning that theme options will be overwritten.
Therefore, theme is not “mixed”. It’s just generally a good idea to read those warnings..
I have read the warnings. I uploaded Logo as you said. theme settings are broken.

Seriously speaking, we were inspecting floating headers with a critical eye. Next update will feature more fluid floating headers transitions, lots of under-the hood optimization, a new pre-made website, etc.
Though under-the-hood changes are quite significant, new v.6.1.0 is fully compatible with v.6.0.1.
ETA is somewhere next week.

Hi, Like another customer, I’m no longer able to see the tabs element in Page Builder.
This is a new install and so far haven’t seen anything out of the ordinary.
The7 Elements External Source Recommended 1.4.2.1 Installed version: Active, Up to date
In My The7 Settings, I don’t see an option to enable Tabs. I’ve tried enabling everything that was off, but the tab option still isn’t available.

I just installed this theme locally and imported The7 Corporate pre-made website. Once the pre-made website finished installing, the home page doesn’t show the slider and I have a warning showing at the top of the page that states “Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in C:\xampp\htdocs\testsite\wp-includes\post-template.php on line 284”. What is this error and how do I get the slider to show on the homepage?

Seems v6.0.1 is not compatible with PHP7.2, the error is about count() and array.

Nope. If you have debug enabled in the wp-config.php file, you’ll see a warning (not an error). So with debug disabled all should work fine.
Hello, I’m using this theme on a clients site and I can’t find a way to switch off sidebar completely on single posts. Is there a way? Apologies if I am being blind here but haven’t seen it in the settings, only manually doing it per post. Thanks.
