I don’t know why, but the thumbnails pictures of the products doesn’t looks totaly clear compare to the one on the single product!

i have tried to regenerate the thumbnails, but it doesnt’t work!

Hi, I’ve used the flatsome theme on a couple of client sites (purchased by them on my recommendation). I am now planning to recommend it for a news magazine type site, but this one is going to need a sticky footer on mobile. Is a sticky footer going to be part of this theme anytime soon? Or, do you have any other theme based on UX Builder, but with support for sticky footer on mobile?

EDIT: Also, I’m planning to add ratings in comments (comment karma feature of WP Core which is enabled but unused by default). Would the plugin’s insertion of HTML content be honoured OR would it require any special changes in the theme files?

Hello, We are migrating data into our website using a 3rd party company who says they have done thousands of such migrations. We use the child theme. We have done test migrations and each time they have completely overwritten the theme settings, though they say they do not touch them. It’s hard to believe them because we asked them to restore the backup that they took and the settings are not there and when I restored my own backup the settings were not there. I have no idea what they are doing to cause this.

But here’s the question, is there a table or tables that I can copy and preseve should this happen again? Or do you have another practical solution? Thanks.

I’ve added a portfolio to my site but only 4 items are showing on the portfolio page, even though I have added 8. Is there a setting I’m missing?

Text color. Why is such a problem to change text color to any color u want. I know, you can install 5 colors in theme custumization, but that is not enough. I already fill al the colors for the website, now i want to change text in banner from black to white, should i go back to custumization and change primary color to black so I can have black text in my banner, but than also the whole website will be black, or if I change alert color to black, than all alert will be black. I don’t understand why is so hard to change text color with these theme. Any solutions?

Hi, my site is www.jagocustom.com.

I notice that just yesterday suddenly my footer 2 is acting weird after I edit some blocks. All 4 widgets stretch down instead of sideways (I wanted to make it 4 rows of widgets). And when I inspect the source code it seems as if the last 3 widgets are positioned inside the first widget. I already change the footer’s rows to be 4 rows, in the theme customization.

I tried to change each individual widget with simple HTML text instead of blocks, still the same. It also happens in footer 1.

This never happened before, and I haven’t installed any new plugin in the last week.

Is this a bug? Can you take a look at it and suggest me what to do? Thank you so much.

It looks like this is addressed in the new update but we have had a lot of custom work done and updating can be troublesome

Hi again, pre-purchase question. At shop page, masonry style, I would like the logo in a bigger size in the middle of the page on top, and the categories under it centered also (no background). is that possible? or it should be the logo at the left side and categories in the same row as demo?

Hello, I have updated to version 3.4.3 and nothing happened – Instagram widget is still broken. I checked if I had the latest version of ux_instagram_feed.php – the latest one is on the server but still without any visible effect.The only situation when Instagram photos are displayed correctly is when “Large” photo size is chosen, others photo sizes break the widget or don´t display photos at all.

Is it possible to change what part of the picture is shown as blog title background? For example in rehvipood.eu/blogi/suverehvid-voi-aastaringsed-rehvid/ I would like to see the tire and ground as background insteade of the car roof and spoiler. Is it possible set the bottom part of the featured image shown as background?
