Hi (yes I know my support is expired)
I’m using the latest AVADA version : 5.4.1.
In a post, when I use the Insert/Edit link, only the Pages are available, there is no Posts… (see my screenshot : https://theme-fusion.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/fusion-core.jpg)
I do have tried without any other plugins activated.
But when I disable the Fusion Core Plugin, I’m able to see the Posts in this window…

I have just checked and its definitely showing posts for me even with the Fusion Core enabled for sure, please try and search for the post title and you should be able to get it.

Something else is at play within your install. I have tried to replicate this as you describe it and also asked one of our developers. Neither of us can replicate this, it works as expected.

I have been able to locate this email, for some reason your emails to this address have been going to the SPAM folder and because fo the sheer volume of SPAM that flows into that account, they are semi auto deleted and obviously has been missed. This is one of the reasons why we cannot provide support here.

Thank you for the dentist theme. How can I download it or install it? It is missing from the demo content area. Avada IT is also missing. How can I upload this theme?

We are glad to hear that you like our new demos, however if you are not able to view them in the demo installation area that simply means you are on an older version of theme, please update to our latest version that is 5.4.1 and you should see our new demos there to import.

Hello, I have never really had to use support or comment because most of the answers are here.
But for the demo Avada University, I wanted to shrink down the menu height and I have tried header padding but I don’t want to add to the top and the bottom, I want to take away from it.

I will suggest you to try and decrease the menu height from Avada > Theme Options > Menu > Menu Height also try and remove the top and bottom margin of Logo from Avada > Theme Options > Logo

We already have 2 completely supported translation plugins that fully support back end + front end of Fusion Builder so we will suggest you to please look into those alternatives. WPML and PolyLang are two of the most commonly and widely used plugins, however we can not guarantee the compatibility with every translation plugin available at the moment as there are a lot and some compatibility issues can occur.

Hi, I’m just install polylang.. it’s ok work good, but the power of the wp globus plugin is that it translates everything on the fly without having to create new translated pages but translating them directly, same for the menu.. By default, Avada does not apply any dimensions to your logo. You need to upload an image with the exact dimensions of which you want the logo to be displayed on your site

Hello All, Having trouble getting in touch with you, not easy.
I emailed Envato and they said they cannot assist and that I should contact you.
My question: How do I download the free Premium Plugins that come with Avada?
I located a post: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/sliders/premium-plugin-updates/that indicates the following: “If for any reason you’re unable to update / download plugins which are provided by Avada, there is an alternative method for getting the plugin files directly. Just go to your Support Desk, then switch to the Product Registration tab. From there, fill in the text field with your Personal Token Key and click ‘Submit Code’. You’ll see a success notification and buttons to download the Revolution Slider, Layer Slider, Fusion Builder and Fusion Core plugins.”
However our user ID ’.........’, for which we know the password, is no longer working, even when we press ‘lost password’ we receive no emails? But according to this post:

We should have ‘grandfather rights’ and our support logon should not be disabled, as it would appear to be. I should therefore be able to logon and download the plugins!
All of the above aside, let’s assume that a user did not have ‘grandfather’ rights and could not logon to support once the support fee period has lapsed; clearly new versions of Avada can still be downloaded so where do you get this Premium plugins in such cases anyway? PS I want the zip files for the plugins to manually install, we have FTP issues so cannot just press updated from the Avada dashboards.

You should definitely have no issue accessing our support specially if you have a Grandfathered Support and the plugins can definitely be downloaded using that particular offline method, please note that you need to put your purchase code in that field to download the plugins.
However since you are having the issues please do send us an email to support@theme-fusion.com with your purchase code as well as your themeforest username and we will check this out further.

how can I control the number of columns on the main page of the store for mobile devices?. ex. 2 columns and not 1.

Our columns on mobile are set to 100% width actually so in order to get 2 columns on mobile phone you will require to use custom CSS in that case actually and setting the width to 48%.

Hi – I bought this theme years ago, when it was 3.4, and have been running it ever since. Now the portfolio is not working – I don’t have the same themeforest account anymore – it was so long ago, how do I fix this??

Hi there, We are setting up our staff members’ bio pages as blog posts because we’re using the blog listing preview layout in several places across the website. Are we able to add a LinkedIn icon to each blog post (staff bio) listing on the main page? So the user can click on their LinkedIn right from the main team page where all the staff profiles are in snippet form? Thank you for allowing us to update plugins manually in new update, this will help with those of us on GoDaddy Managed Wordpress Hosting which is not allowing the updates to take place. However, I don’t see the plugins in the files when I download all files from themeforest. Please advise. Thanks.

By clicking on the image of the Photogallery, you must open only the image, not the post with the image.
