After switching from http to https – page builder will not load as it should. Turning off https then it works again. doesn’t it support https ?

Most likely, the SSL configuration was not done well. Please notice that our theme support the SSL configuration.

Is there a way to place an image/slider on the homepage that is permanent and not a post?

Yes, you can try using the elements from Revolution Slider, Ios Slider Block and for images, you can use the Single Image which allows you to add any image you want. Please check the TD Composer features because from there you can choose these elements.

please note that just i found there is a big problem in your theme as in google results it’s showing the following code as metadata :-

delet the line :- // register ‘css-live’ extension require_once “css-live/css-live.php”; and it will remove that thing from page.
Help, each time I activate tagdiv composer plugin, my wp admin goes blank! But each time I deactivate from my cpanel, the admin comes back. How can I solve this because I want to use the composer instead of wp page builder to build my herbal news site

Please make sure that you have correctly installed the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method, in this case, remove all of the untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If the problem is still there after you have followed my advice, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.

I followed all the advice but had to deactivated tag div composer and reactivate wpbakery page builder and the site works. But when I made a new post, the site revert to screen of death on the front end but I can navigate the admin area. Some is not right somewhere…

This could be related to insufficient resources. The theme has a system status panel, please check it

Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated server and WordPress resources if needed, Then check if the issue is solved. Additionally you can try disabling all plugins, except theme plugins. Check if this has any effect.

Thanks for a great theme.
Before I switched to Newspaper on my site, I tried it on a different site just to prevent any issues to occur. No issues at all, and I swapped theme on my website. However, I have now used my API-key on both these sites. How will this affect me? I don’t want my website to meet any trouble in the future because I had activated my API and installed the theme on another site.
Secondly, will you have any discount campaign anytime soon? I am planning on creating a second site and would like to use Newspaper for that one too.

Our theme supports a gif animation in he logo. Our official demo has a gif added to the logo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ You simply upload a gif file in your media library and set it as a logo in the theme panel.

Sorry but our theme does not have such a feature and adding a recaptcha to the login modal will require code modifications. We have not tested any recaptcha plugins so I cannot say for sure which one will work though.

How can I show a sibebar on a page?

On a page sidebars are created directly in the tagdiv composer on a split row either by adding elements in the page directly or by using a widget sidebar element and grabbing a sidebar from the already created ones.

Hello, I have 2 questions about the revolution slider and .Multipurpose 1.How can I download and install a Rev Slide template? It doesn’t let me install because need to download also the Add-ons, but it requires registration.
2. When using the TD Composer I try to place a green element (Multi Purpose new element) But it goes without any template. And I cannot design it. What Can I do?

Notice that plugin has not been tested with our theme but it seems to work as expected with our product. Also, you can check the WPML because this one has been tested with the theme and it is part of our tested plugins.
