You’ll need to install and activate modern child theme as well, it comes in the theme package – child themes folder.

What I did: Uploaded folder (wplms) and uploaded folder (wplms_modern) from child themes folder inside WPLMS package. I activated wplms_modern and ran Setup wizard and chose Modern Theme.
I really don´t know what/where I am doing wrong, but my result is still different from Demo online.

That modern theme in setup wizard installs demo somewhat similar to modern theme . After activating modern theme you do not have to run the setup wizard . You need to run old on click installer in order to have exactly same layout as modern theme .
You need to skip the setup wizard after activating theme and follow refer : link

I have pre-order questions related to Learning path add-on and I would be thankful if you advise me about them:
1) if we have a learning path for our courses and students access to the courses through membership plan based on “Membership pro”, do they need to enrol in the learning path as well or not. If yes, is there any way to register them in the enrol path automatically.
2) Does learning path add-on compatible with the internal badge course? what about badgeos? If yes for both, which one you suggest to use?
3) Is it possible to have some steps in a defined learning path based on assignment, quiz or finishing a unit? If yes, is it possible for student receive a badge for assignment, quiz or unit as I only see you have the badge for courses?
4) Does learning path help us to manage pre-requisite for courses? For example, a course should be finished or a unit should be finished to next course will be activated? If yes for both course and unit, do we need to define pre-requisite between courses any more?

1. Well auto enrol feature is not available as of now in learning but whenever the user enrol in it she will get the steps completed automatically if she has done those steps mentioned in learning path .
2. Well learning paths has its own badges which are awarded in completion of certain steps and user gets enough points . Also if you set bagdes in your courses also then students will received course badges also . Learning path does not have option to assign badgeos badges as of now. But if user completed certain activity that is set in badgeos she will get badgeos badge for that too . refer this link for more on badgeos with wplms : link

Thank you for letting me know. I think it works for me. The last question I have as I cannot see a sample is related to showing a path. I have course A, B, C, D. Students should go to course A, after finishing they can parallel start courses B and C, but they cannot finish the course D till they finish course B and C.
I have defined pre-requisite for these course in the course setting, but I was wondering how students can see this path and they know they must finish A and then they can parallel start course B and C.

You can do this by setting course pre-requisites for sequential steps, like steps must be completed in the order specified. In The Course pre-requisites are the correct way to address this.

These are categories and since there is no course category image in WP Admin – LMS – Course CAtegory, it is showing the default image. Simply, edit the home page and remove the block in the page builder which appears directly below the slider first block.
I have even disable the page contents, now using WPBakery page builder, yet it still showing

1. Yes, enable WP ADmin – LMS – SEttings – Show Course Badge & Certificate in PopUp on course details
2. It is an image, so just embed the badge image in course content.

Hi. When an instructor purchases a batch which includes a course, will he be able to mark the exams and evaluate the students?
Only if the instructor is also the instructor of the course. By default, any user on site can purchase a batch. We can give you a fix which makes the user the instructor of the course provided he has instructor privelage.
That’s good. We will limit batch purchase to the instructors. How do I apply the fix? Another small question- any way to add s Aya to a specific batch? If an instructor purchases 5 seats and then wishes to purchase another 5, can they all be in the same batch?
Currently increasing seats in batch is not available, when the instructor re-purchases the seats, it creates a new batch.

Images are disappearing from page 2 of the course directory pagination on my site. When a user clicks on the home page course directory pagination button to go to page 2 in the course directory, images that appeared on the home page (page 1 of the course directory pagination) no longer appear but what appears instead of the images is the text describing the image.
My site uses Cloudflare. The Cloudflare CDN may not initialize on ajax requests. Please provide me with a code fix to enable it on my site. Thank you.

1Hello, please can you confirm the WPLMS appointment will be released this week. Before I bought this theme I actually recall asking you if you are going to provide an appointment plugin. That was the main reason why I bought this plugin. You have been saying that it will be released next week from last year. Can I please have a refund of my money if the appointment WPLMS is not released this week as I made aware this was going to be released in the beginning of January.
2 I spoke to one of your member who said that you will charge me $100 for a unit pricing customisation. HE specifically said this will be customised within 2 days. Since you guys have been a bit unreliable with your words, can you please 100% confirm that this will be customised on my website within 2 days after I have paid. WPLMS Appointments is under construction, while you’re free to try out other plugins, we do not guarantee that they’ll work as you wish them to work. Many users are using the Booked plugin already and you can try it out. The Vibe (WPLMS) Appointments is being developed as a stand alone plugin and
it was scheduled to be released this month and yes it has taken time. The appointments plugin is also connected to the video conferencing plugin plus it needs to be ready with the app, so it is taking time.
A lot of things have changed when we committed the deadline, WordPress is changing a lot in the backend in coming updates and we need to be ready for that. You do not want to be stuck up with a plugin which gets outdated in 6 months from now.
Regarding the plugin, when we gave you the price $100 it was only for customised for you, but the reduced price $29 was mentioned with some delay, as it will be released for all.
You can check our past record, whatever we say, we always deliver and yes sometimes it takes times to get good things.

Yes, when we take any customisation, we create a plugin and maintain it , you get support for the custom plugin as well. Yes, even if Alex is not around we will be able to help you, as we internally share all the details in a knowledge base and everything is kept in a repository(which we can share upon request).

We’re releasing WPLMS update today, so for past couple of days the development work was stopped. We’ll try to finish the beta version this week end.
I’m just really tired of waiting as you guys keep postponing the release of the WPLMS appointment and the unit prices. This is really serious to me as my clients are also depending on me. I have been very patient but you guys seem to be giving me different dates all the time. Does this WPLMS update include the appointment and the unit prices???? If not when will it be released, I need a date please!!!!

Could you please advise me on the items below: 1) How I can hide (even by CSS code) the Review Course icon/button on State page of students (I disabled the course review on my page through unchecked the comment on the course edit page).
2) When my student start the course they go to the instruction course, but the background color of the button at the end of the page “START COURSE” is Black and when they start the course the button (with Next Unit or Previous Unit still has black background) How I can change the background color of this button (even with CSS).
3) This one is a bit strange. After starting a course and moving to the first unit. My students can see the content of the unit except for video. When they click on the complete and go to unit 2 and then come back to the first unit they can see the video (Normal JWPlayer Shortcode). Also, they cannot click on the first unit on the course outline on the right side for the first unit, but the rest of units works very well.
4) I was wondering when we active discuss and note for each unit and students click on “Ask Questions” and we reply to them. This communication is private between instructor and the student or all students can see this questions and answers at the end of units. If they can, is there any way to make it private between the student and instructor.

3. This is strange. As a check can you add a sample video on the course status page, this will force JWPlayer to load proper scripts on page. IF this does not help, try enabling the Switch : WP admin – LMS – Disable Ajax load on Units.
4. There are 2 versions of Notes and discussion available, one is per paragraph which supports the Private Instructor – Student questions and other is per unit questions which is public for all.

Today when I want to apply some changes in the body of my units, I saw that all the javascripts code that I have written is gone and the style and separate paragraph is not there anymore.
And there is a logo in the edit box of the content of the unit that is shows Powered by tinyMCE!
Could you please let me know what happened for my code and style that I had or why the new editor cannot show it (as I can still see the style in the preview mode), but not in the editor.
I refresh the page and it shows the codes and all styles once and then back to the situation above (even I have refreshed the unit page several times – in the edit mode of the unit on the course edit – not throught the admin page).
This is indeed strange, you can please check if you enabled any plugin which could have caused this issue ?
