I don’t know why because I have used this on my website only once. But a few days ago I have installed the new theme but I don’t like there look and design as I like a newspaper theme than I re-update my Theme but it shows me this message that you need to activate your theme. After that, I copy my purchased code and past it on my site but it doesn’t work now. Here are some proof of purchasing including purchased code date time etc. So please solve this problem. so that I can re-activate my theme which I have purchased from your site.

Can you just confirm something, having purchased and installed the theme, creating a bunch of posts and setting stuff up, I decided to create a new sidebar widget.
After doing that and returning to the pages menu to access and edit the front page, your td-composer stopped working. For the past 2-3 hours all it does is open a grey page and an endless spinner.
I thought I’d speak to support, as this is something that has blocked me from working, so I created an account and logged in. All I can find is a user forum for the theme.
Is that the only support you offer? A user forum?
I posted a question, on account of your there is pretty useless if the main composer isn’t working, and although I watched lots of conversations going on and what I’m supposing are your staff answering some of the questions, I had to bump mine just now because it was already on page 2 and unanswered.
There are a tremendous number of questions there, a couple with similar issues to mine, but no solutions visible. I found a couple of posts where people were told to email for support, which I did, but no reply there either.
Please tell me your support consists of more than a user forum.
Okay, well 5 hours after posting a request on the “support” website, the only response offered was from a user. No reply from theme support staff. According to the hours shown on their website, they have now gone home for the day.
I sent an email to their support email address, which isn’t shown anywhere on the support site but was given out on a couple of posts I found. No reply.
The error affects the core page builder, which runs the whole site and theme, so you’d imagine the theme sellers would be keen to fix it.
I just found another post in their forum – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tdcomposer-not-loading/ – and if you read it you can see a couple of people with the same problem. It’s not a new issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The theme support is not a live support. We have to answer to everybody from oldest to newest. You wrote us at 15:00 yesterday (gtm+2). In most cases the answer will come the next day.

Please change the theme name back to original. The multi-purpose plugin does not allow a theme name change as well as the child theme name change. Please make sure they are kept in their original form.

On our site the multi purpose plugin does not find button icons. Nothing is loaded. Do you know that issue?
We updated the Newspaper theme to the latest version and use a child theme.
2nd: How to avoid loading the /plugins/td-multi-purpose/style.css?ver=4.9.2 on each site if we only use it on homepage and some pages but never on normal posts?

We have seen plugins disable this option before so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Just before I buy, I’d like to know a couple of things.
You launched 8.5 with new features, but none of the new demo’s are actually for newspaper/magazine sites. So i want to start a news site, but i want to know if I can use the 8.5 features (especially the video background) on the ‘default newspaper’ demo, without too much hassle or completely screwing up the demo every time i update. I like the idea of the 17 types of category posts too. please tell me they are available
Also, it says ‘new demos coming soon’. Please tell me now if you are planning on releasing a new ‘newspaper style’ demo. I’d hate to do a week’s worth of work customizing the old one, only for you to release a better one a week from now.

First of all, I will thank you for your interesting in our theme! Please notice that all the time, the latest version of the theme will contain the all available features and when we will launch a new update we will not remove the features but also, we will add new ones. We cannot say for sure if this demo newspaper style will be made in the future, sorry! At the moment, we do not have any plan of doing this.

I have re uploaded the theme twice and it still will not save anything in the theme panel. The panel is grayed out. I entered my purchase code and everything. I refuse to have to pay again for support when I haven’t gotten to use the item. 
It will not save anything and I can only upload by pasting the link of a hosted photo, but it will not save and there is not button to save or update the theme panel. Been 2 months :((

Please check the system status parameters and ensure that all of these has been increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, the PHP memory has exhausted that’s why you cannot save anything.

I have really fast hosting, my magazine loads ~1.1 seconds on pingdomtools, but Ajax Live search is taking soo much time. It needs -7-10 seconds to show some results. And it’s even without any readers online.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, the Wordpress should have to be updated and also, if you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. I was checking your college theme and the login/sign up on the top left doesn’t have the sign up menu? Can you explain why is that? If you say that It works on a normal server and not in the demo, then can you provide me a demo?

Hi I’m using publisher theme, it has a feature named publisher migrator that was helped me to switch to it from my old theme but now i want to move Newspaper because it’s more useful for me.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such a tool that allows you to migrate your old theme to a new theme, sorry! If you want to move the theme to another domain or sub-domain, try to use the WP Duplicator plugin to duplicate your theme install. Before doing this, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data.

Hello Catalin, Thanks for suggesting “WP Duplicator plugin” but this is not what i want. Migrator converts not just transfer all i want, like Posts Data, Shortcodes, Menus and Category settings From, also it works so smart. please bring such thing or option to newspaper, it so necessary for users like me, i need to move to newspaper but i cant, i don’t know what to do, i have too many contents that i don’t want to lose or change.

Your content is safe as our theme will not affect your current content. Your pages will have to be rebuilt in our page builder but your posts are safe as they will not get modified by the theme. Please create a back-up of your site before making the switch and using duplicator is very useful to create a subdomain and start making your implementation there to not affect the live site

Hi. I have a pre-purchase question about filter(sort order) setting. is it possible to set ‘post from 30 days’ instead of ‘post from 7 days’ I think 7 days is too short. Let me know please.

First of all, I will thank you for your interests in our theme! Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to post from 30 days instead of 7 days, sorry! Notice that our theme has implemented Popular 7 Days and this feature cannot be changed very easy because it can be quickly broken, sorry! You should try finding such a plugin with this functionality and check how this will work.

Please notice that the green part is referring to the Block title which can be edited from page builder when you create a block. Also, the red part is referring to the ajax filter which can be enabled from Block Settings after created it from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ydanOIiG1T

Please keep in mind that if you will install the demo without the content, if you do not have your own content, you will do not see anything, sorry! For the beginning, notice that we recommend to install our theme with a dummy content to see the theme’s functionality and then, you should create other posts and pages as you wish.

I have a fully build site. With hundreds of articles, thats why i dont want the dummy content. I changed my theme only. But it didnt create any default pages preconfigured.

Hello. I don’t know when, maybe after last update or some time before… The problem is with the menu for mobile. Before in this theme there were different menus – for mobile version and for desktop. Now the Newspaper theme does not support separate menu for mobile like before, and the old menu still are there in mobile version and it can’t be updated or removed. Now I want to use the same menu for desktop and mobile version, or at least to update the old mobile menu… Please help. My website> http://portal.taxexpert.md/

Our theme has the same mobile menu as the main menu if you do not use the mobile theme plugin. If you use the mobile theme you can create a separate menu for mobile devices. Does newspaper have an option to hide header while scrolling down and show header while scrolling up like newsmag? I need to know and will decide on my project accordingly. How is easy/difficult it to achieve this, if it is possible with newspaper?
