I see that you are currently working on a fix for a bug that shows all the categories in the shop page. When can we expect a fix for that? It’s really annoying and it really bothers me since my website looks really bad with that thing there. Any quick fixes for that until you solve it?

@davidpohjola, first we assign products of 1 category (the less populated) to “uncategorized”. We remove the “old” category and rename uncategorized with the name of “old” removed category. Hope it helps.

How come I’m not able to delete the product category “uncategorized” that suddenly just popped up in my category list? I think it might have follow with a resent wordpress/woocommerce update. But it’s now messing up my whole shop. How do I delete it?

This is due to the recent update. To fix this, enable ‘hide empty categories’ in the Product Categories Widget.

By default the admin cannot know from which product the form was filled. You would need a plugin for this.

Hi I have just put my site on live, from a temp URL, and at the end of each link there is ?v=79cba1185463, from my reserch it’s something to do with the geolocalisation, but i can’t desactive de the geolocalisation because i sell to different countries (i tried desactivating the geo just to see) but i still get those numbers at the end of the link ? after installing WooCommerce 3.3.0 the shop page will display categories along with products and theres is no way I can display products only. Settings are not in woocommerce any more. they moved them in Customize for Theme and I set them for only products and still shows both categories and products. Any updates to fix that?

Thanks. I found a WP Rollback plugin that put the previous Woocommerce version back and problem solved.

Fixed, just needed to update Flatsome. However, I am trying to change the color of a button in the header, and the button keeps defaulting to the color of the “header icons”. How do I change button 1 color in the header to a different color from the rest of the icons?

I’m having an issue with zooming on my website safishing.com. Pinch to zoom works on safari but it does not work on chrome and because Facebook and Instagram uses chrome engine for their in-app browsers zoom doesn’t work. Do you know why this is?

This is not a theme issue but it is a browser issue. Please visit Chrome://flags and the touch feature from “automatic” to “enabled”.
I had a closer look at this.
It looks like your theme set the maximum-scale and user-scalable tags on the website, which Chrome and in app browser reads to disable zooming.
Technically, the bug is on safari because safari isn’t following the viewport tag definition here.
You can remove the maximum-scale and user-scalable parameters to fix zooming.
