I think your other plugins are outdated or the theme you are using is not compatible with the latest version of plugins. So please update the theme and all plugins to the latest version, I hope your issue will be solved. Please take the backup of your site first before the theme and plugin update.

You can downgrade your site easily by uploading and installing the previous version of the theme but as you know that there is a latest WordPress version released and also the plugins are upgraded as well which are not compatible with the old version you are trying to use so this is not a good idea.

If you use WooCommerce then you can find similar plugin / quantity table discount from YIThemes and their dynamic pricing plugin.

Hi support team! I want to update my porto to 4.1.5. My hosting server provides all the feature that you required to update porto except one. max_execution_time = 240 as you required max_execution_time = 1000 so can i update my site or not while having this issue ?

The changes you made and after saving if you are not seeing it this must be the cache issue so please remove your server, site and browser cache and then check your site hope you will not find an issue.
This is your permalink issue. Please go to Settings >> Permalink and set the default settings.

Could you check after deactivating the plugins one by one? I think this is not Porto theme issue.

Did you check in wp default theme: twenty fifteen? If you activate twenty fifteen themes, will be work default woocommerce theme. Please check and if not the same, please send me a screenshot, wp-admin and FTP accounts. Let me check.
I tried to open a ticket but the form said my purchase code was invalid, which it surely is not.
For some reason I can’t save any edits made with WPBakery VC. I tried both FF and Chrome, and neither work even though a lot of people suggest it’s a FF issue. I just purchase this theme so it’s a bit frustrating as one of the main features doesn’t seem to be working properly.

It seems that your server requirement does not meet the latest Theme and major plugins like WP Bakey, Woocommerce, Revolution slider minimum requirement so please check your site system status and set it and then again install WP Bakery Plugin hope your issue will solve.
But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements as below: You need to agree to the following requirements.
Wordpress 4.0 or higher.
PHP 7.0 or higher.
MySQL 5 or higher.
Memory Limit 64M or higher.
RECOMMENDED PHP CONFIGURATION LIMITS
Many issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

I realise you are working to improve the code and the issues being generated – but what are you doing? Version 4.05 and previous updates were great, but since then the template updates are full of bugs and the slower! I have lost one customer because of these issues and spent many hours converting a site from Porto to another theme to keep another customer happy.
Your latest update 4.1.5 causes incorrect formatting problems on woocommerce pages (pull down menus not displaying correctly) and locks the website up on checkout (just shows a blank page).There are various other issues (css related I think) – I had to restore from backup yet again.
Please sort these issues out – I have 4 more sites based on the Porto Template and really do not want to convert anymore to another template. Are you working on another update to 4.1.5?

Cant update products, after inserting required product photos click to “update” button instead of updating it redirect to new page to see my product, it shows me undated version. it is “Preview Changes” button’s function. 2. Tick on DOWNLOADABLE (where we give price for products)
3. make value 0 where its -1 in Download limit and download expiry box.
4. uncheck again downloadable (if the product is not downloadable) Click Update button.

You need to rule out a plugin conflict and/or view the server error logs for details.
