Newspaper had conflict with Nav Menu Roles, it looks like it overwritten the output by Nav Menu Roles. Any workaround on this ?

Sorry but we did not test that plugin. The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin Contact form 7- used to make contact forms bbPress- forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site WooCommerce- eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

Hello there,
1. is there a way i can add google reCAPTCHA to ajax login worm. 2. Ajax login form is not working on microsoft Edge explorer. ( it opens, but i can not enter anything in form fields. ( username or password).
we use WP Cerber Security wich have google reCAPTCHA security built in and add it to all login or registration forms. We like to be able add it to your ajax login popup window.
google reCAPTCHA is realy important nowdays.

1. Our theme does not feature any recaptcha for the login form. There is no setting to ad one except for altering the theme code or using a plugin to create a custom login page.
2. sorry but not all plugins work with our custom login modal. Please test without any plugins as the login form was tested on all browsers and will work properly. If you recaptcha is very very important for your install you can either alter the theme code if you have the proper knowledge or hire a freelancer to help out with the implementation. As an alternative you can simply redirect the login link to a custom login page created with a plugin that can provide a recaptcha option.

Presale Questions
1. After I set your theme structure design (homepage & other pages); when my editors publish articles (posts) and assign them to categories – now this new posts will replace automatically old articles on homepage & other pages?
2. Will work fine your theme if I remove /category/ from URL (via Yoast settings)?
3. When an editor publish an article (post) can he decide on which author belong this article, or even choose to not display the author for a specific article? It would be logical to be so, as long as WordPress core give Editor role permission to edit any article! (#Scenario: The publisher is on the field and send his article by email to the editorial board, the authentication on the website is restricted by IP, is about security measures).
4. Can I update automatically your theme via WordPress dashboard (avoid ftp)?
5. Can I replace default comments with Facebook comments (plugin)?
6. Have your theme builtin image optimization?
7. Have your theme a “global css box” if I must to override some design to not lost my customization when theme update?
8. Is your theme compatible with the plugins: MemberPress (membership plugin); FormidablePro plugin (create forms with drag & drop); W3 Total Cache (cache plugin)?
9. Our hosting: Cloudlinux, Apache prefork, PHP-FPM & MariaDB – I hope no compatibility conflicts?

1. Yes, the default sorting option is filtered by latest articles so a new article will always be on top in pages if sorted in this way.
2. Yes, we have no reports of issues if you remove the category url
3. You can select a different author for a post but you cannot remove it altogether from particular posts. The author is either shown or not for the entire website.

5. Yes, you can replace the comments with fb comments but not from the theme panel. You need to alter the theme files or use plugins.

Our theme is easy to install and customize if you use the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/ It depends on the customization you had in mind though. If you need options that are not available in the theme, then it will not be easy to customize as it can only be done through coding.

Hi, you have a bug on your last version of your theme. You have removed the use of the “td-top-search” css style and now the search bar is displayed in main menu but in a new line… Could you please fix it ? Best regards

This is not a bug. Please clear your cache as well as your browser cache and check the line height on your main menu fonts from the theme panel .

In fact the 8.6 version of newspaper theme does not work with the 4.8 version of WordPress. I have update WordPress to 4.9 and now it’s ok…

If you want to remove just the link for the author, and not the author name as well, you will have to alter the theme files to do so. There is no option to remove only the author link. Sorry but there is no method at the moment to make all of the social icons show up at the same time. Only the first line of icons is shown by default. The rest will be hidden under the + symbol.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

How can I make the logo larger on header style 10? We want it to be about double the default size.

Header style 10 will show the logo in the exact size you upload it in. You will have to upload a bigger logo if you want it bigger. The logo cannot stretch the image past it;s original size.
