There has not been any compatibility tests with the plugin, however, Flatsome has been built in accordance with WordPress coding standards and hence would work with any plugin that follows the same standards. As you can imagine we are unable to support all the plugins out there.

so i did the update for theme and plugins as well but still getting this issue

i have disabled all my plugins and activated just the parent flatsome theme

still getting same thing , i am unable to delete any element from UX builder , i have to manually do it from standard wp editor by removing the shortcode

Also , my php and wordpress versions are

PHP Version: 7.1.14 WordPress Version: 4.9.4

The products element has a category select option that allows you to display only products from your desired category.

Thank you. But I actually thought something else. If a product is in different categories. For example in category “men” and in category “t-shirt” then is it possible to choose which category is shown in the grid. Example: https://i.imgur.com/rhvzp2y.png

In my case I would like to have product in category “winter tire” (to have winter tyre category label in the grid) and in category “discount” (so that I could assign discount coupon for this “discount” category). Is it possible?

Hello. Can you help me finding answer for this question? I have figured out that it shows parent category instead of subcategory. And if both are parents then the one that comes first alphabetically. Is there any possibility to control this somehow which category is shown in these labels?
