Theme options Fusion Builder Elements section error. The tabs are not expanding and i’m not sure why. I can expand and contract Animations but things go wrong when i try to expand any of the others.

The Featured image of post remains inside the post content area and the general padding is applied to it as can be seen here => http://bit.ly/2BJnkNT

However if you want to assign a 100% width image that will require you to assign a background image or full width fusion slider using fusion options that is also doable easily, an example of this type of slider can be seen here => http://bit.ly/2ptcnKM

On several of my sites, the logo is displaying three times. I have to remove the sticky header logo and mobile logo in order to get it to display properly, but it appears very small. All have the most recent theme.

This should not be the case unless you have these specific issues.

1. Your WordPress URL and Site URL does not match inside the Dashboard > Settings > General Tab

2. Your Retina values are not upto the mark and are not 2x of the normal logo.

3. Your logo is being fetched from an outer source (ie not a local URL).

However if that is not the case please simply open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello, some of the settings in Avada theme options are gone? I am not able to edit lot of options in Avada. What to do? I tried to delete theme and install again. I also tried to deactivate all plugins.

You mean you are seeing a blank page there or a page with the blue background and nothing to change? if that is the case that is due to some form of cache as we had users with the same issue so please make sure that you clear all your caches from plugins as well as the browser and then check again using incognito window in chrome and it should come up just fine.

If both the websites are publicly accessible then this would need an additional license. A single license would be valid for a single live domain. However, the same license can be used for development/staging sites that are not publicly accessible.

Hi, please help my images are appearing cropped top and bottom, how can I stop this?

This would depend in the manner in which the image is used in. If this is a background image, this would be the cropping due to cover mode. If this is an image in an element, it could be due to the use of fixed sizes.

We assume you mean to have an update button next to each cart item. Currently, there is no option for doing this. Any change in the quantity of the cart item needs to updated via the ‘update cart’ button

I want to develop a website and use the regular licence. But at first I have to test the website on my domain and after finishing it I’ll transfer the website on the server of my customer and use his own domain. Is there any problem concern with it? It’s just one front-end project but on two server with two domain.

Is it correct that I’ll write down:

According your link I have another question: 2. Can I use Avada on a test site, then move it to a live site when finished? Yes, you can. You can keep the theme on a test site to build it, then move it to the live site once you’re finished.

Is “MOVE” a special process or just deleting on test domain?

Yes, you can do that and have the same license for your both domain as 1 of them is actually a test domain, moving means that you can simply remove the details from one site and add it to other :)

Please do ensure you have no system settings in red. You can check this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > System status.

Currently, the theme does not have a membership feature. This would need an additional plugin or custom code. If by payments, you mean payment for products then the woocommerce plugin (bundled with the Avada theme) offers several gateways for payments

This would depend largely on the type of sliding bar used and the size of the text string that needs to be added.

I am currently using it on my travel blog. I have a very long post that has more than 50 fusion maps. The issue I am having here is that when the page loads then it freezing the page for about 8 to 10 seconds while loading the Google Maps.

Is there a way to optimize the Google Maps?

I also have 100+ images in that same post. So I installed BJ Lazy Loading plugin to lazy load the images to avoid loading issues. But I didn’t find any way to lazy load the Google Maps. That is why when all the 50+ maps load together then it freezes the page for about 10 seconds.

Can you please assist me how to overcome this issue?

Hi,

Unfortunately, Avada single posts do not include a lazy load function for post content. Each instance of the map within the post does need to make a call to the Google API, that cannot be avoided. A custom solution will need to implemented for this

I am using Google Map element of fusion builder. Is there any way to make it load one by one or Lazy Load when user scrolls to the Google Maps?

The main issue is the generation of the dynamic images by Google Maps script. There are 50+ Maps and each map script generates an image. This is an example of the image:

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We can confirm there is an issue with the Envato API that is causing automatic updates to fail. We are in contact with the Envato team and working on resolving this as soon as possible.

In the meanwhile, if you do need to update this can be done manually. Download the latest theme files from your Themeforest account and update the theme manually via FTP, detailed instructions is provided below.

This has now been resolved. We had direct contact with the Envato team, who upon investigation discovered CloudFlare settings on their end had caused this issue. It has been resolved, tested and auto updates are now back to normal

I have problem with the combination of Yoast SEO and Avada Theme.

If i activate Yoast SEO there is no more fusion builder and Avada Theme Options.

I have latest version running from everything! I saw someone (abxprod) with the same problem. Is adjusting PHP limits the only solution for that problem (as my provider does not want to do that)? :(

I have just checked on my side and both Fusion Builder and Theme Options are loading fine there along with Yoast SEO, we also have no such reported issue and a lot of our users are on Yoast, can you please try again disabling all 3rd party plugins and only enabling Fusion Core + FB + Yoast SEO plugin.

Yes, that is the correct way of finding the culprit (plugin) when troubleshooting, please enable each plugin 1 by 1 and keep refreshing the Fusion Builder and Theme Options page to see when does it stop working, this way you will know which plugin is causing this issue.
