You can also go to menu Customize / Blog and custom another things (heading image, title, post columns…).

I paid for my custom work for the certificate plugin 3 weeks ago. I understand you say it also has to work with Learnpress 3.0 but what I asked for is very basic.
The certificate plugin has the ability to add basic information to the certificate template that pulls from WordPress… user name, course date, course name, etc.
I’m only asking to add one more field… the user id number that’s assigned to each user by WordPress.

I emailed you. I don’t want the theme updated because I have already customized it… just the certificate plugin like I’ve mentioned in my email.
What do you mean “help you check it”?
I tested it on one of the students who finished and It’s only putting the number “1”. It’s not putting the full 6 digit user_id
Actually… when I view the certificate under her profile I can see the number, but when I click on the certificate to see the printable version that’s when it only shows the number “1”

After using this design a little over a year ago I am seriously disappointed and frustrated. It does not work automatically, there is always a problem that solves and many updates. My client is very dissatisfied and lost the trust of the clients when offering this design.

Hello,
I’m trying to set up free events on my site, but when I pull up an event the sidebar on the right hand side that reads “Buy Ticket” displays a message “You must set payment setting!” I don’t want users to have to pay for events, but I do want them to have to log in / register in order to book an event. Is there a way to do this? I know you can set the cost of the event to 0.00 but I’m still seeing this message on the sidebar.
When I click the “BOOK NOW” button nothing happens. I also noticed the button has the html attribute disabled=”disabled”, is this because I have to set payment settings as the admin of the site or because the user that’s trying to book the event needs to somehow set payment settings for their account?

Actually I got it. Somebody from thimpress helped me. Turns out I just had to set a paypal email under Events Manager/ settings/ checkout/ paypal.

Hi Ken, The string translation is not fixed at all. I haven´t found the way to do it. The strings that are not translated are retake the course, the enrolled message when the student take the course and few different strings. I can´t find the way to translate them.
