Hello! One question about video background: I see just the video, without audio. How can I enable it?
Hi docservizi! If you refer to a video background this is not an option, a video background is just an animated background, it’s not supposed to have audio. You can create a video header or row with audio with Slider Revolution that is packed with the theme, otherwise we can suggest a code modification in our Help Center but this will be for all video backgrounds then.

Hi, there are four Widgets in my Footer Widget Area. One of them is for example About us. In the Content Block Footer Preview is a horizontal divider between the headline an the text of the widgets. That divider or underline has disappeared when it was published. What ist the Problem for this? I don’t know how to fix that. Thanks! Best regards Shimmel

Hi, have you updated the Uncode Core plugin and cleared your browser cache to force the reload of the new files?
yes, Uncode core plugin is at version 1.5.2 and cleared the cache and tried in chrome and firefox but the problem is the same.
Can you please upload a screenshot somewhere? i can only think an incomplete upload.

Hi there. My support has expired a long time ago but now I’ve got a problem that you don’t give any solution on your support forum. The proplem is that te pages won’t load. Chrome inspector gives an error: init.js: Waypoint is not defined error.
I have the latest theme and plugins. Have deactivated everything but the problem still exists. Uncode System Status says everything’s fine.
How can I fix this?

This is an old installation but it was migrated to a new host lately. It did work just fine first. I don’t know exactly the date it stopped working.
Ok, I think I found the problem. One shortcode in the sidebar caused the error. I’m all good now.

Dear, my support has already expired but I don’t want support now I just want to report a bug and a dirty workaround that just works.
I installed RTL Wordpress (Arabic) and installed the theme without any issue, imported the demo as I usually do, but the content block slider has some compatibility issues with Firefox. I changed nothing and I tried installing another version locally just to see I tried installing on both the default LTR English wordpress and also RTL Arabic wordpress.. only the Arabic RTL version in Firefox has the issue.
Because it’s just a quick temporary page that used the content block slider I’ve found a dirty workaround that just worked, I edited plugins.js and plugins.min.js and changed the owl-rtl class to owl-rtl2 (which is is undefined class). as after inspecting in chrome and Firefox I found that removing the owl-rtl class will fix it.. so I just changed the js files to point to another non-exist class.
Hi Xajel and thank you for report! We don’t sell Uncode as RTL compatible but it comes pretty soon. Can I ask a screenshot of the issue so we can understand better and be sure to include the necessary fix? Sorry but understand design facts or bugs in words is not always easy! Thank you!

I searched for ‘owl-rtl’ and replaced with ‘owl-rtl2’ (with the single quote).. there’s already a single one in each file

Hello, have you solved the warning: session_name(): Cannot change session name when session is active …. funcions.php line 14? I saw somebody was asking about it already. it may be problem with php 7.2. I changed back to 7.0 but warning remains. any ideas?

The WooCommerce 3.3.1 update appears to be a having an issue with the Place Order Button on the checkout page for this theme, can you verify that there is an issue? The Place order button doesn’t do anything. I downgraded to woo 3.2.6 and working again (wp4.9.4)...

That appears to have fixed it, Thx!. I also noticed that the only required fields being validated on the checkout form are the cc fields and is happening with woo 3.2.6 and 3.3.1 with uncode theme. Not seeing the issue on a different site using different theme…
using v1.7.3 vcparticles and the theme settings area are both messed up…
Update: My vcparticles and Theme settings issues were cause by the theme being set in production mode and using cached data.
My checkout form issue appears that it is validating all the required fileds but only highlighting the field input box in red and not giving a message at the top like it used to do, is this normal?
Update2: I found that if you submit the checkout form and not fill out any fields it only gives you the messaging about the missing cc data. If you have the cc data entered and leave the rest blank, then you will get the other missing required fields messages. So maybe it checks for the cc info first and then stops and doesn’t process the rest if that’s missing.

Everything is working fine. CC=credit card.
After troubleshooting why the Place Order button on the checkout page wasn’t doing anything (fixed with uncode v173), we noticed that if you try placing an order and not fill out any required fields the only errors we get are for missing credit card info. If you then fill in the credit card info and leave the fname lname address etc blank you will then see the errors for that missing info. It was causing us confusion when troubleshooting our issue, thinking that the system wasn’t looking at the missing user info…but it was, it just stops checking for the required info if the cc data is missing.

Im getting very strange issues since upgrading to WP 4.9.4
My theme colours are wrong, font families ignored and incorrect, my submenu is transparent. It is as if my theme options aren’t being used. Everything about my site is different from how my theme options are configured. My theme settings are still in place, yet they are all completely ignored when viewing the site. The only thing from my Theme Options that is accurate is my logo.
Any ideas as to what could be causing it?

PS: tested now on various installations and as expected everything is fine here.
I did have an error at first, stating that my max_input_vars were at 1000. However, I deleted and reinstalled theme and this was resolved.
I have just deactivated all plugins and the issue has part resolved, though fonts and colours are still incorrect. But everything else seems fine.

The font configured in the Theme Options is Playfair Display, but its using default throughout. Will keep troubleshooting…
Ok, the main problems seem to be around menu, fonts and colours.
I can change certain things within theme options and they take effect on the site. But should I change a colour, a font, or anything to do with the menu configuration, it doesn’t affect the site.
I have tried disabling all plugins, deleted all my CSS, removed and readied colours and fonts and it still has a problem..
If you have any suggestions then please let me know.

2. Have you the options you settled inside the Theme Options?
3. Deactivate the right click blocker plugin since it’s not even possible debug your page.
I know, but I don’t have the Max Vars issue anymore and I have imported my settings from backup since.
Everything is now working except for the menu and the colours. Fonts from custom CSS are called perfectly, but those configured within theme options for menu don’t work. I have deactivated the right-click plugin.
Hi Imagesofdorset, but you had the Max Vars issue when the issue happened, I’m pretty sure… Anyway the problem is this (https://undsgn.d.pr/ezp7Gh) the colors are not passed. Try to change to a color, then save Theme Options.
Ive tried that. If I change a colour, a font, or an opacity change tot he menu, it never works. I will try creating a new colour and using that…
Solved.
My menu opacity was 40%, so I had a slightly dark overlay. I changed it to 0%, saved theme options and then put it back to 40% and it now works fine.
I think that for some reason, due to the earlier temporary Max_Vars issue, the theme options weren’t saving. Nothing to do with the theme which is, as always, incredibly high standard and robust!

Hi there, I know my support has runout, but I’m looking for a quick bit of help with the menu CSS. It seems that if the menu is too long that it gets cut off on smaller screens.
