Hi we noticed that the field/function to enable a link to be placed on a single image pagemaker item was missing so I’ve just updated the theme (reinstalled page builder) and wordpress thinking it would resolve this but it hasnt. The site was built with a version that has links on single images on many pages. Can you confirm if we should be able to place a link on a single image item please and if not what are supposed to do to update the sites content without having to change the single images to linked images in a text editor?

I have a question about the pagination for portfolio items. Each item is it’s own “page” with pagination fixed to the left and right sides.
Is there a way to make the pagination loop so there is always a “next” and “previous”?

Hi, we have a license for a single site. We want to add a woocommerce shop with a separate WP installation in a subdirectory of our main site (www.ourURL.com/shop). Is this possible with our the current license (since it is the same website and URL) or would we have to extend out licence?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible since all licenses are per site so you should purchase one more license for this site. You can install WooCommere on the same domain to avoid purchasing an extra license.

Thanks! The problem is that I have built a different header in the header builder to be used for all the shop sites. This works for individual products but I haven’t figured out a way to make it work for a product category page. Could you tell me if this is possible? Otherwise a subfolder-installation may be the only way.

I deactivated your license so you can activate on another domain. Don’t forget to remove all copies of Impreza from your previous site. In case you need to migrate the whole site, you can use All-in-on WP Migration plugin.

I am trying to add a products page but the shortcode [recent_products per_page=”12” columns=”4”] wont show in columns unless there is more than one product. I only have one product at the moment so I am wondering how I can stop it from showing a massive image?

It’s the way it supposed to work, but we created a code snippet that should resolve your issue, append it to Theme Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS:

your latest theme version cannot save any theme setting. The javascript error console displays a 500 error after a while. Also the font-awesome files cannot distributed via https. Can you please name me the files that I can handle my site fully with https.

This issue is related to your particular server, it blocks font files for some reason. Please contact your hoster and ask them to add these files to server MIME types (woff and woff2) it should help.

the WPBakery plugin is not working properly. I try to use it but can not create the elements.
I do not have any extra plugins, only the plugins recommended by you are installed.
I have tested and the problem shows up on localhost and on the AWS and Google Cloud servers. All are well configured.

It isn’t an error and it isn’t related to Impreza, it’s just a log message which says the script is loaded. Provide us requested credentials so we could investigate the issue of Page Builder.
