What is the expected response time on support tickets submitted via Ticksy?

Usual ticket response time is up to 24h within working days, but some delays may happen over the weekend or due to time zone differences. Question: in the portfolio page there is a gallery element that allows for filtering the portfolio items with a smooth re-arranging manner. I want to have info cards gallery. In other words, instead of an image gallery, I want to have boxes with text that can be rearranged by category and the user clicks on buttons on top and the cards will rearrange themselves. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Masonry layout with filtering functionality is available for blog, portfolio list, and shop list, and it doesn’t exist for other nor it can be enabled trough some option. Right now you can only try to test several portfolio types and hover effect and to choose one which will best suit your needs.

Having an issue with how video layout in VC Composer is displaying in Chrome vs safari. Any idea why this could be? Safari properly resizes video to thumbnail size to fit grid, chrome displays full video size causing videos to overlap

Update, I am using the video layout 1 VC feature and there doesn’t seem to be an option to alter the full-length percentage. Anything I’m missing somewhere else?

I have tested this on my testing installation and vide boxes width is calculated according to amount of videos which needs to be displayed and everything is working fine https://www.screencast.com/t/vuoiYfED , even when row is set to be in grid https://www.screencast.com/t/xcJID4LO .
On your installation this must be related to JS errors in the console from caching plugin https://www.screencast.com/t/G9W0Vl7QGp so first try to clear cache and even try to disable it if you continue to have this problem.

Bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. Hi for some reason with the latest version of bridge theme and wordpress my edit post button is missing on page load. This only happens with Bridge theme, any other theme the edit post button is there. Any ideas?

That issue isn’t present on our end. Maybe it is due to some plugin conflict or you have forgotten to update Visual Composer plugin after the update so double check that you are using latest theme with latest Visual Composer 5.4.5, and also try to disable 3rd party plugins if you still have that issue after the update, and if that doesn’t help we’ll need to check this on your installation so we suggest you to contact support team by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com and also provide them with WordPress admin access.

Bridge theme is multi purpose theme with a lot of options, post types, and functionalities but integration for bb press isn’t present yet. Although these plugins will work you will have to style them with some css code if you want them to follow theme styling.
There was few suggestions for these plugins in the past but still not too many in order to decide to officially add support for them, but we hope that development team will still consider integration at some point since this will surly be beneficial to some users.

Just change priority from 20 to 30 since we are already overriding amount of products from the theme.

Right menu is created inside side area (widget area), and it doesn’t have functionality of revealing sub menu items on hover. This is present for top menu, and for left (vertical) menu.

You have some additional plugins and there is around 250 requests in total, so you need to disable plugins which you are not using and after that install some caching plugin. With little optimization abd decend hosting provider you can achieve excellent results. Most of our demos were not optimized, so depending on demo and amount of features and plugins required for the demo you may get lower speed grade, but after you are finished with building your site you should be able to increase page speed with some caching plugin and also make sure that you are using PHP 7 since it is much faster, and if you need help with this you can always contact our support.

Here is my issue, Im trying to edit the CONTACT US page on the construction demo.. and the Backery app is not working and its loading but nothing happens. and when i go to the edit page on other pages i dont see the V.C anymore like i used too in order to edit..
i just cant use VC aka Backery on the theme, its showing when i switch to the defult wordpress themes but i dont see it on the bridge theme

Images which you upload to media library in your WordPress installation can be accessed over their unique URLs. Since this is WP core functionality you will be able to access them with any theme, and they will be indexed over time.

Yoast should set media to noindex by default https://yoast.com/ask-yoast-media-noindex-yoast-seo/ but if you have added it later on, some images will be indexed already. Off course you can always configure robots.txt file and to probably disallow entire wp-content/uploads/ folder.

You need to create custom widget area from Appearance > Widgets, add Woo widgets to that area, and then edit Shop page (one which is configured to be shop page in Woo settings), and choose your custom side area from page options.

There are major issues since ver 13.3 update. 13.4 did not fix them.

There are HUNDREDS of errors logged in my debug log each day ever since the update.
I added Woo Commerce plugin as a patch (WHICH ADDS MORE ERRORS TO THE DEBUG LOG). That allowed the website to look normal. But the javascript errors are still there.

Maybe you have some caching or you have installed new WooCommerce for which we didn’t release update yet. Please try to clear caching and disable all 3rd party plugins except required ones, and if you are going to use Woo plugin then use version 3.2.6, then test this again.
Among this things most important one is to clear browser cache since this is java script error which is being cached in the browser, and if you didn’t clear cache it will need some time until it is refreshed.

Thanks, It was a cache issue. I was using Woo 3.2.6 just to patch the 13.3 update issue. But now that it all seems to be straitened out, I deleted Woo from our plugin list.
