The same error for theses plugins : “Download failed. cURL error 35: error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version.”

Hello! Sorry that you are running into an issue. This is rare but your host might be blocking the use of cURL. Can you let us know who you are hosted with? Or are you trying to install locally?

Have just upload the theme via FileZilla and configure it by Wordpress panel normaly.

Hi, thanks for your interest. We bundle the WP Booking System plugin for free, there are unlimited calendars so you can add as many rooms or vacation rentals as you wish. We have a workaround for the seasonal pricing but nothing official from the plugin author. The theme also works very well with most WP Plugins and embed codes so that you can use any system you wish, as long as it works with WordPress. If you have any questions, please let us know.

I’m interested in buying bellevue. I do not understand what’s happens after it expires 6 months of support. Are plugins which are installed with the theme still can be upgraded and the themes as well? Thanks in advance for the answer.
Hello, thanks for your interest. When you purchase the theme you get a lifetime of upgrades and updates, you will always get bug fixes and new features as they are released. When you purchase you get 6 months of awesome support, after 6 months you can choose to renew if you wish. Support are for when you have questions or concerns that need to be addressed quickly.

1 – We bundle a plugin called WP Booking System. We didn’t develop it but we have made arrangements to bundle it for free so any features that aren’t included are ones we would need to request from the plugin author. The feature for blocking requests between specific days of the week is not available, however there should be a minimum and maximum days allows setting. Does that help?
2 – The plugin provides an ical link that will allow any system that supports ical to import your bookings made on the site. The WP Booking System does not import at this time. This is something that we have requested from the plugin author.
As an added benefit, the theme works with most WP Booking systems, so you can easily use a system like VR Calendar if you would like two way sync. I’ve heard it works great.

Thanks for the follow up. For the Footer Logo, you’ll want to add the footer logo to your theme options first, under Appearance / Customizer / Theme Options / Footer, then you can dd the footer widget to the footer column you wish under Appearance / Customizer / widgets / footer 1, 2, 3 or 4.

It’s important to know which version are you using as you won’t want to upgrade version 1 to version 2, they use very different page builders and your content won’t come over. Good morning, I bought the theme about 2 years ago and now I find myself having to redo everything since you have changed the page builder. When I create a gridroom with elementor the link goes to url room and not rooms. I tried in theme option slug rooms and also update the wordpress permalink page but it does not work. How can I do? The upgrade is optional, we are still supporting V1 with updates as well. You can learn more about the options here: https://themovation.ticksy.com/article/12248/
If you do upgrade to V2 and you want to roll it back, you should be able to overwrite all of the V2 files with V1 and it should be fine, or just switch between the two versions.

I followed the procedure to upgrade the theme from 1.9 to 2.0 but when I activate the new version and I go to home page I see only the preload and the ssl cecker is orange. Whats happened! Could you help me please
Hi, thanks for contacting us. Which upgrade instructions did you follow? We don’t recommend upgrading from V1 to V2 because it does not bring over content created by the old page builder but it is still possible to upgrade. If you are considering upgrading from V1 to V2 please contact us first.

You can always roll back to V1 if you wish by uploading the 1.9.1 version back over your theme folder.

The rooms should have been imported but if they didn’t come over for some reason, you can always import them using the Elementor Library that includes a room template.

We did a lot of research and ended up using Elmentor which has turned out to be a great choice. They continue to add more great elements and they offer excellent support as well. I’m not sure if the new version of Bellevue works with VC. It’s something we can test. Are you using V1 or V2?

Hi!, thank you. It’s been fixed and we’ll be rolling an update out for this ASAP. The original plugin didn’t allow for any margin on the anchor and with our fixed header, the success message and add to cart gets tucked under the header. Release might be out today

If you are using V2 from a clean install, then the automated installed should install all pages, rooms pages and inner pages. The entire demo. Can you share a link to the work in progress?

Those pages seem to not be using Elementor for their content. When you went through the automated installer, did you see any errors come up?
If this is a new site, I recommend using WordPress Reset to wipe it clean and try again from a clean install of WordPress. Please track any error message if you see any.

I’m not sure, but I use the Booki plugin for reservations, because WP calendar was too limited to make special rates on weekdays and weekends, and it is more flexible …
I suspect this plugin but not sure … I can not do without this plugin for a submenu …
I confirm, it’s this plugin that uses bootsrap, but I can not remove it …
I found in the plugin in question an option to disable the bootsrap for the css and javascript, and indeed the sub menu reappears.
Problem fixed, I had never come across a problem of this type, thankfully the developers of the plugin have thought

We have a solution for VR Calendar that uses bootstrap, depending on the plugin, you can usually deregister the JS, which is the main issue.
As seen here:

Can the Bellevue theme be adapted to work with property management systems/plugins such as Guesty or Orbirental.com (that do channel managment)? Does it work with plugins such as AirBnB or Booking.com?

Yes, each room need s calendar so you can managed their availability. You don’t need to create 4 forms, just 1 and you can use the same form for all calendars.
