In order to change the canonical URL, you will have to use a seo plugin such as SEO by Yoast. The theme does not provide any settings in this regard.

Sorry but the theme does not have any settings in this regard. You can either customize the theme code and make the code implementation required or use an ad plugin that can provide different ads for different templates.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Re-install all theme plugins from the latest theme package. Use the latest theme version, re-download the theme package to be sure and install that one – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Test with no other plugins active, there should not be any problems. I would like to be able to edit the categories as if they were posts, but the theme doesn’t allow it, since it doesn’t leave the same format. For example, it does not respect paragraph separation.

Sorry but categories cannot be used as posts. They are a post archive and you cannot edit a category page freely by default. There are plugins that can offer a tiny mce editor in the category page such as SEO Yoast.

Okay, thanks, but I meant that categories with the Newspaper theme don’t respect line breaks, for example. The Wordpress editor itself allows it and in other themes it works perfectly. That’s not possible to implement in the next update?

If you want a bigger logo, you will have to use full logo header styles such as header styles 9, 10 or 11. These header styles will show the logo in the exact size you upload it in.

Hi, my name is anthony and i am contacting you to hopefully get some help regarding stick sidebars. For some reason no matter what I try my stick sidebar will not turn on on any page. I have already turned off all of the plugins, I have turned on smart sidebars in theme menu, I have installed and reinstalled the dome and theme and I have even tried different sidebars, however nothing will get them to work. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible because we are about to launch our site very shortly. Thanks!

Sorry but our theme does not manage iframes. The featured video has a specific implementation which can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/18Dqw8ZPB6L But I cannot provide any solution as we have not tested it in other environments besides our default theme implementation.

I just found that since I hosted the theme of my localhost to my server, it is impossible to connect to the wordpress administration, but when I disable the td composer plugin, I can easily access the administration.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with our theme packet. Check the system status to be increased according to our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If the problem is still there after you have followed all of these steps, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and full FTP access so we can make some investigations.

I reinstalled the latest version of the theme again and needed plugins.
But the problem is still there.
When I disable TD COMPOSER, I can easily enter the Wordpress Administration part.
Help me please.
This is usually a server configuration issue. Please check file permissions: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions and check your htaccess file.
Try to create a testing platform on a subdomain with a fresh install of wop and the theme and test there as well. If the problem happens in the testing platform as well, then it is most definately a server config issue.

Please reinstall the theme and multipurpose plugin. Please use the standard name for the theme folder – Newspaper and also for child theme if you use Newspaper-child.
