1. Parallax effect ins’t supported on some touch devices, and beside that there is also option to disable it for mobile devices.

2. Thanks for the link. You are actually after Slider Revolution element which will change slides on scroll. Unfortunately we don’t have such demo since it is plugin functionality and not from our theme, but you can achieve it since Slider Revolution is bundled with the theme.

3. If your refund was rejected then it probably didn’t met terms defined in Envato Refunds Policy, sorry for that.

You need to create translation file for your language and to translate theme labels. Use poedit software https://poedit.net/​, load translation file from theme folder / languages, translate it, and name it according to WP Codex https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/

If you are not seeing “Apply Coupon” in the file or translation isn’t working then first update translation file with poedit software and then translate string again.

We are sorry with the issues with Ticksy. Developer of the APP is already working on resolving it.

1. You need to enable header top area from Qode options > Header, and then create button with button element on some testing page, copy its raw shortcode from text editing mode and paste the code inside header top right widget area Custom HTML widget.

2. Theme only supports configuration of a logo image, and option for adding text doesn’t exist unfortunately. To have sharp logo you should upload images which are 2x header height as explained in theme docs http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/4-quick-setup/

Adding custom fonts with css won’t add font in predefined font lists in theme options so you need to style tags manually like this for example:

body, h1{font-family: 'YourFont', sens-serif;}

Simply find tag and selector which you want to style with your custom font by using Google Chrome web inspector and apply custom font to it by adding appropriate css code from Qode options > General > Custom CSS field.

Make sure that number for items is set to -1 so all portfolio items will be displayed because if number of queried items is lower then available items, some of them won’t be listed, and if you are using load more functionality you’ll need to load new items first and then you will be able to filter all categories.
