Frustrated, After purchasing theme and installing on server, We are getting a security check failed upon creating a course on the front end. The plugins are currently updated to the latest versions. No Blocked Connections… This is beyond frustrating, How can we fix this?
This can happen because of cached pages.The WordPress nonce which we use for security purpose is only valid upto 24 hours ( refer link this can also be changed). I would suggest you to remove the front end course creation page from the cache. Many caching plugins like w3tc support this. Hi lads, I know my support has run out, but maybe this is a trivial issue and I cud just read some documentation in order to solve my problem.
The problem we ran into is when we log in, instead redirecting us to our admin panel, our site is redirecting to domain/themes.php?page=wplms-setup and then gets lost in a redirect loop. no matter what admin link I try such as /wp-admin/widgets.php, /wp-admin/update-core.php etc it return to wplms-setup redirect loop. Maybe you know where is the problem?

When you update the theme, we redirect you to the theme introduction page. Just open the page and it would not open again.
uh oh, theme forest didn’t send me any notifications about ur respond or I missed it somehow.
I know about this mechanic, which is another topic to talk about, to be honest. Cause going through theme setup everytime you update ur theme is. a bit annoying and confusing. by I digress.
Our problem now is not the page itself but redirect loop. Bcz of that, we cant access WordPress admin panel. it keeps redirecting and then browser shows a redirect loop error page.
No, you do not need to get though the setup, it is just a page which will inform you about the new features added on the theme. Please send me an email at vibethemes@gmail.com with subject “WPLMS Support sashareds” and share your site link where I can check the issue.

The import is not complete. There are two ways to achieve this : One click installer – Install the one instructor theme, then skip the setup wizard and go to WP Admin – Dashboard – Install WPLMS. Click on the one click install button after installing all the required plugins. The other way is to simply use the Site setup wizard and select the one instructor theme in the installer. Optionally, you can also set the WP Admin – WPLMS – Demo switcher and select the OneInstructor theme. If you face any issues, note that we offer free installation and setup, you just need to raise a request at support forums or email me at vibethemes@gmail.com

Create a Parent User Type using this tip. The parent functionality is not available as of now, please create a topic and share exact requirements with us, there seems to be confusion on the parent and what reports should be accessible to the parent. A Parent can also follow the student and get notified about student activities using the BP Follow plugin.

Yes it is possible. Wishlist & collections plugin is available link. WPLMS works independent of eCommerce plugins, we’ve not tested with dokan but ideally it should work without any issues.

Hello, I need to create a page of statistics frontend from the data generated by WPLMS. They have short codes or an API to manage statistical data.
If you don’t have short codes, do you have PHP functions for the statistics you can use to create the short codes?

All the requested data is available some of them via API and other through functions, for the Real Stay User data you’ll need to use our Unit timings plugin, Please post this query in our forums and we’ll let you know about each of these functions in detail.
