Guys, my client wants now the event in another language. I mean another version of the web in a different lenguage, does your theme support translations plugins, do you recommend any translation plugin? i just know WPML plugin

May be you forgot to put count down time (09/23/2018 17:00:00) in Theme Option > Banner Event Info area. Please put it in correct format, your issue will be fixed. Pre-sale question: Does your theme setting have options for unlimited colour variation without having to do change the the case code? Thanks.
We have a color changing option for home page. But if you want to use un-limited color variation on the inner page, you need to customize editing css file. I was talking about the order of the events in schedule, because i see on your demo that all events in schedules are ordered by room number and not by the time they start, is it possible to order all events in schedule chronologically, or put them in chronological order?

Hi Codexcoder, beautiful theme! I notice on the Schedules examples that Sessions aren’t clickable to get descriptions or other data. Is a Session a Custom Content Type? Are there fields that aren’t displaying/accessible? Thanks!

Sorry, BigEvent schedule session is not clickable and it is not a custom content type. But the good news is that we decided to make it clickable with detail page. We are working on it and we will include this feature with our next update. Thanks for your great concept.

We will do an update within next 7 days. However, yes you can add the custom fields and customize the sessions for display. In this case, you need to edit three more files. Without this, our theme has two more event schedule styles to show. If you want to make the table responsive, you need to customize the core code from shortcode area. I’d really like the option to change the event banner background to be a video. The banner options says that Banner 5 allows this, however I haven’t been able to get it to work – only with the revolution slider. Ideally, we’d like it to be available instead of a slide gallery for Banner 11. Is this a possibility? Thanks

This works fine for uploaded videos, any chance we could utilize remote video’s from vimeo/youtube to save on bandwidth?
As a further suggestion, I’d recommend for the banner_11 template-part, when checking if countdown items and event info items are empty, to perform the check around the list item tags, that way the list item isn’t displaying an empty space

I bought the Big Event theme through my client’s account .. and boy how I was disappointed.
Although the theme looks absolutely beautiful , but the theme options are so poor that I had to change the theme colors from the CSS file.
the documentation is so generic, incomplete and not helpful at all, the footer and newsletter did not work (although I installed the newsletter plugin as instructed with no detailed help on that).
I am a regular theme buyer from Themeforest and a developer myself, I suggest to the theme developer to improve the incomplete Back-end theme options.

However, we tried to make our theme option rich as well as easy to use. Also still now we are trying to improve it and it will be continue. As our theme has multi color sections, we did not put there theme color option globally. Now we are adding new new option to make our theme more flexible as well as easy to use all elements.
And yes, there is a little bit lack in our documentation as we updated our theme for more time but we did not update our documentation. Now we are updating documentation and we will do an update within a short time.
As well as, please make sure that your newsletter and footer section’s switch are on from theme option. Without this, if you have any more issue to fix, please write to our support team: support@codexcoder.com any time they will assist you.
