Hello, i have this theme and i need to make an e shop and product page. i want to it in like list not grid, how i do this?
The “Theme options” tab is not working. If I click on the different sections, nothing happens. Before it worked correctly, I do not know what might be the problem

Please try any 3rd party plugin which you have installed recently, this is not a theme issue as something is blocking you from viewing the Theme Options.

The slider (Products Carousel) on your website and slider (Products Carousel) from the downloaded theme isn’t the same. The downloaded file is off and on the mobile, it doesn’t look like the way it looks on your example for the sliders. My support is expired and this happened after the update. I have no CSS or anything added extra. Just demo content. I just downloaded the latest again to test, still same issue.

All the elements used in the demo are theme elements and there is nothing extra used there, which version of WooCommerce are you using?
Can you please send us your site URL first, so we can investigate your site and then get back to you with possible solution.
P.S. make sure you’ve disabled the Maintenance/Coming Soon mode

Please check the recommended and bestsellers sections. They are off the grid and also on the phone, they don’t look well.

That’s because you updated to WooCommerce 3.3.3 and the theme is not compatible with it yet. To make this work you can rollback the version of WooCommerce to 3.2.6 using the WP Rollback plugin or wait for the new update when we release it this week.

Sorry but as I can read from the error this is not a theme problem.
We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

I updated WPBakery and the Lab plugins for wpbakery don’t work with Aurum. For example, “products carousel” when I enter a taxom tag “gift voucher” 4 products have the tag but it just display the start index of products. No matter what tag, it just keeps displaying the same products.

The bookstore and all other demos can easily be installed through the demo content installer, you will have the demos to choose from and simply click install.

1a— Yes WooCommerce offers this feature. 2b— I’m not sure if this is possible on WooCommerce directly but I’m sure that this can be done with a third-party plugin that is made for this job.
2— Yes Aurum is RTL compatible and it supports WPML plugin.
3— Sorry but we don’t offer this option for the moment.

The custom image logo does not appear in my aurum theme (v 2.14) no matter what type of image I upload. The text does appear. I have tried removing the text and only uploading an image for the logo and it still does not show. I am working from the child theme as well. No custom css modifications have been made.

I just installed the demo content for Aurum Fashion Content and the header does not display. I have already installed and activated the LayerSlider WP plugin. The error message is “The slider cannot be found. Please make sure that you’ve used the right shortcode or method insert the slider, and check if the corresponding slider exists and it wasn’t deleted previously”.

There seems to be a small issue with the slider, can you please send us your site URL and WP credentials on email? We need to investigate your problem and then get back to you with possible solution.

I just deleted the Layout Slider from the Home Page and re-added another one with the updated Layout Slider plugin, but unfortunately I had to pay for the updated Layout Slider plugin which is now versions 6.6.8

Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin (such as WPBakery Page Builder and Layer Slider) update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to purchase any premium plugins that comes with our theme, you can purchase them only if you need their support or want to use their extra features.

As you may know, the theme images are not included in the demo content packages as they are only for showcase purposes, so if you want to use them you will have to download them one by one.
