In the last version (3.0.1) the catalog mode just works hiden prices even if i click to show prices…
Will fix this problem soon or should I change to another theme?

I have the catalog mode active and prices showing cliked. But prices are not shown. If I click to hide prices are not shown (like its suppose to be) but if i click to show prices does not show anyway…

I can confirm that this a bug on our theme and we will fix this problem on the next theme update. The update should come by the end of this month.

It lacks better options to customize the colors. Also ease for translations, since in each update the work done will be erased. In general it is a regular issue.

I use “Kalium” (one of Laborator’s another template) for my own site. I’m very satisfied about that, very fast, very well encoded, excellent support… That’s the reason why I want to continue with Laborator and use “Aurum” for another site.
I have two questions : 1/ In the menu “Books” there are 13 books only. How does it happen when there are 100 books for example ? You scroll down and books appears automatically ? 2/ In “Book Genres” is there a way to add “All” to the categories (Accessories, Biographies, etc.) ?

Thanks for your very kind words, we really appreciate them 
1— You have the option to show the Pagination with the numbers (< 1 2 3 >) or use the Infinite Scrolling load option if you install Infinite Scrolling plugin – https://d.pr/qYhBC5
2— That default WooCommerce Widget doesn’t show the All button button but the main Shop page shows all your products there.
But maybe there is any third-party plugin that can enable the exact thing that you are asking too.

I’m using the plugin “Wocommerce Product Bundled” and I have a little issue with the display of the total price on products pages. The total price comes before the “Total:” mention. After contacting the plugin support they told me it was certainly caused by a conflict with the theme. Could you please check that?

My shop stopped working after updating the theme today. Does not display products. Get a lot of these: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function aurum_woocommerce_get_loop_shop_columns() in …/aurum/woocommerce/loop/loop-start.php:39

If that doesn’t solve your problem and you are using Aurum (Child theme) then please activate Aurum (Main Theme) and check if the issue is solved.
We have tested the update on different devices and on different server environments for a week and we only updated the theme when everything was working as it should.
Please check if your problems are happening because of your modifications or by disabling your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Same here. I installed version 3.0 and the site appears with white pages. Everything else is gone. I re-installed version 2.14 and it works fine.

Version 3.0 doesn’t work with my website. I don’t know why … The homepage write “loading products” but nothing is displayed. The woocommerce products pages are also deteriorated. WP-DEBUG says that there is a problem with the file loop-start.php. I reinstalled version 2.14 and everything works now.

You must update WooCommerce to version 3.3.4 too and then it’s database (when you see the notice on your dashboard) and this problem should not appear.

We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

I can’t explain my problem at the support team because my envato purchase code has expired… It’s a problem because it’s not my fault if theme update doesn’t work… All previous updates have worked well so far. I’m not very happy about this situation.

hello, for my client I’m browsing the e-shop template for woocommerce, I really like aurum but I have one question. I can enlarge the page, for example. to 95%? Is this a feature or I have to go through CSS? If I change it in a code, I break a web – is it fixed to certain sizes or can I adapt it? Thank you

If you want to enlarge the whole layout of the page (container) then you will need to go through Custom CSS as there is no option for it in the theme options. but I cannot guarantee if it will show great in all screen sizes.
