Posted some tickets, but just in case…
1) When viewing my site, only some featured images show up. This happens on categories, author and on actual post pages. Here’s an example of a page where this happens: acentricmagazine.com/author/acentricmag/ Also, I know a featured image has been selected, but it doesn’t show up on all “Edit Post” pages.
2) I was trying out different menu types, but when I settled on the default, I lost the original format and top right menu of Subscribe to Newsletter and Follow Us section.

I keep getting these when trying to install theme…then when I try and edit a page I can edit it with visual composer as the backend of edit a page is acting weird
When I deactivate VC the backend is fine, but I need VC to edit the pages

Please try to update the theme and plugins to latest versions and if warnings persists then try disabling all your 3rd party plugins one by one and test every time since this is commonly caused by some plugin conflict.

Then maybe your installation is incorrect. Try to delete it entirely and then install it again. You won’t lose any settings because all content and options are stored within WordPress database. If that doesn’t help then please contact our support and provide them with WordPress and FTP admin access so they can check this on your end.

Inline css is applied by page builders, and that is common practice. You can optimize site speed and combine inline css with some caching plugin when you are finished with building your website.

Using latest firefox if you scroll halfway down page and then refresh page and scroll up the header overlaps main content. This also happens sometimes when just leaving page open in tabs and then coming back to it later.

When Woo templates are overridden from the theme, template test strings will be set to use theme text domain, so they won’t be translated automatically from plugin translation files. To be able to translate them you can update theme translation file in order to fetch all strings, but I’ll see with developers if this can be changed for plugin templates so default plugin translation is used.

Just an update I’ve fixed the logo using CSS but it’s not a good practice since Qode options have fields where we can easily update/fix the logo. Just let us know if this problem is on our end or with the theme. Thank you!

Hi, when I search for how to vertically align content within a row on WP Bakery I find reference to these options:
Column Height, Gaps and Position Control height of your columns by applying equal height option. Set gaps between columns or merge them together with one click. Control position of columns and content within columns with vertical alignment.
And yet, I cannot find ANY option to vertically align content in VC in my site backend.. is this some function being suppressed by bridge? Any advice on how to vertically align content in rows or columns?

Just follow instructions from GTmetrix. optimize images, enable gzip and server side caching and reduce amount of requests by disabling plugins which you are not using and by installing some caching plugin – WP fastest cache is good one.

Product detail pages have randomly stopped working. Only a partial page loads, but no detail pages. Nothing was previously changed. I’ve since gone in and updated all plugins and the theme. Tried disabling all plugins individually. Updated permalinks. No change.

It loads most of the header, minus the logo and then stops, but only on product detail pages. You can still add products to the cart from grid pages. Super weird!
Thank you very much for taking the time to look into my issue, but I think I have solved it. I believe it was strictly a WooCommerce issue. I downloaded a copy of the plugin and overwrote the existing files and things seem to be in working order again.
