Hi,
Is it possible to unfold a row with an arrow click to make the row visible. for example to show google maps.
I don’t want to see google maps immediately on contact page but I want that visitor first clicks on an arrow down to make it visible. Is that possible with this theme?

That demo is using default Contact Page template which doesn’t have such functionality, but theme supports contact form 7 plugin so you can create similar contact page and instructions can be found in theme documentation on this link http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/3-demo-content/3-4-importing-plugins-content/3-4-2-contact-form-7/

Landing page is showcasing some of theme features, but that demo isn’t available for import. It is just using composition of images with nicely designed product images with gray background so basically you can achieve the same with any theme demo by using similar product images.

Hi, since the last update im missing options in the backend. On pagelevel the options for the header or slider are missing. I reinstalled the bridge theme (kept the child theme). But the problem remains. Whats wrong here?

This is working fine on my testing install, so I suggest you to activate parent theme since maybe you have some modification in the child theme which is causing this.

Check WordPress version on your installation and try to update it to latest version – 4.9.4 and try again.
Also, it could be some issue related to PHP version so check it with some phpinfo plugin and if it is low ask your host to set it to PHP 7 as recommended by WordPress https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
If you have updated theme manually problem may be improper update and maybe you have two bridge theme folders one inside the other so double check that also.
In case that issue continues then please contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com/ and provide WordPress and FTP admin access in your ticket so they can inspect this on your end.

Your theme support suggested to use Qode Membership Plugin for a feature I needed. But I don’t see this plugin in theme bundle which I had downloaded from themeforest. I have imported the demo number 99, and the plugin did not come with the demo import either.

I updated my theme and my website was showing up blank. I saw this in my error_log file: [21-Feb-2018 04:47:11] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home2/marvacsc/public_html/wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/lib/qode.layout.php on line 3561
I then assigned my website to PHP version 7.0 through my hosting site, since I saw some posts saying that should fix it. Now my website is still blank, but I’m seeing this new message in my error_log file: [21-Feb-2018 05:25:33 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘QodeImportExport’ not found in /home2/marvacsc/public_html/wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/admin/options/importexport/map.php on line 12 Any help would be great. T_PAAMAYIM is related to low PHP version and you should fix it by upgrading to PHP 7 or above, but fatal error which you got afterwards looks like a problem with some missing files, so try to delete the theme and install it again. You won’t loose settings or content in the process since everything is stored within WordPress database.

Can someone please take a look at ticket #1475841 urgently. This is a new install of the theme, latest version of WP, PHP version 7.1
VC is not working, does not display any editing options on pages and posts. When VC is activated I cannot even use the default WP text editing options. This is a new build so I cannot go any further until this is fixed.

I have been trying to import a demo but it doesn’t work. The bar DOES reach 100% and it says “Import is complete” but the default bridge theme remains unchanged on the front end. I am aware about the “max_execution_time = 300 / memory_limit = 128M / upload_max_filesize = 32M / post_max_size = 256M” settings because I have used your theme for a while before but this time is not working

The thing is that it does NOT freeze; it happens the opposite indeed: the bar reaches 100% very quickly and the “Import is complete” appears. But in front end the default theme remains, not the “successfully imported” demo.

With it you will see if posts types and attachments are failing and if WordPress importer can’t import anything it is probably some configuration issue or maybe your host is blocking IP of our demo site.

I just bought it but want request a refund. Theme is to hard to understand as i need to open a ticket for knowing how to change image logo to text logo. Hi! I’m having troubles with Bridge + WPBakery. When I try to edit any page, I get a console error 500 from admin-ajax.php and load-scripts.php. I’m actually using latest versions of these, and wordpress. I’ve tried several things such roll-backing to wp 4.5.1, but couldn’t solve this on my own.
I’ve already submitted a ticket yesterday morning, and there’s not been any answer yet. I am in need to solve this issue in order to deploy and publish this site. Would appreciate very much any kind of help.
