Hi. I see my article with smartlist 2 on desktop, while i see smartlist 1 on mobile. Why? i want smartlist 2 on both. Please let me know!

If you use the mobile theme plugin, then there is no smartlist variation or post template variation for mobiles. They will all be converted to the mobile version of the templates. If you want to see the same style overall, then you will have to disable the mobile theme plugin and use the standard responsive version.

Unfortunatly smart lists and galleries have the lightbox activated automatically and it cannot be deactivated. There is no simple method to deactivate it only for smartlists though as the code affects multiple elements. Sorry for the ionconvenience.

Hi! I could not find the support email, where I can submit my question to… so, I’m writing to here… Everything is perfect with your theme & you know that =)) but just one things which drives me crazy every time and every day: a Tag Cloud style! If using the tags of two long words, or three words, it appears terrible on the page: letters start being touching each other. Give me your email, I could send a screenshot. I think this is 5 min to fix, but kind of important. Thank you for doing wonderful job for all of us! =)

No, it is not true. the tagdiv composer has a widget sidebar element and sidebars work perfectly fine with this element. Please read this guide regarding sidebars : https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/ and check the sidebar on pages section.

Hi – There are AMP validation errors in the last update, after enabling AMP support. Do you have a timeline of when you’re going to fix this? That’s a lot of errors, Google is very unhappy with these errors.

When I activate tagDiv AMP plugin, one day later Google told me this problem: “The text (CDATA) inside tag ‘style amp-custom’ contains ‘CSS !important’, which is disallowed.”

We are working on a fix for this. If you need an immediate fix, you should look for !important tags in the amp plugin files and remove them. We are currently working on releasing an update for the theme and AMP that will fix this.

If you want to use wpbakery builder, please make sure you disable the tagdiv composer. Keeping both plugins active will cause layout issues especially regarding images.

You can use the theme patches as they are both available in the latest theme version if you choose to use the patch. It depends if you have code modifications or not. If you do, using the patch is easier, if you don;t, using the standard update will be easier.

We have not tested this type of ads for the moment but I will pass this information on to our developers and if this requests becomes more popular we will consider the implementation. Until then you can try to put the ad in the analytics section as it will add it to the head of the site.

If the post views are disabled, the counter stops counting. They have to be enabled in order for the counter to work properly.

Unfortunately we have not tested Glue. We only tested the standard Yoast, not any addons for it so we cannot say for sure if it will be compatible with our theme or not. You can try it out with a bit of trial and error but it is not among our tested and recommended plugin list. (The list can be found in the theme plugins section)

Maybe the update did not complete properly or maybe there is a plugin that is no longer compatible in the latest version please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

You can insert it as any other iframe embed. In posts you can simply paste it in text mode in the tiny mce editor. On pages you can use a column text element in the tagdiv composer and paste it in the tiny mce editor in text mode.
