Display Preferences Trouble
When I select one of the screen preferences that I have selected from the top in the pages section, I make changes related to that preference but when the page is saved no page is selected as the screen is not selected. How can I solve this error?

1.Install “The7 Elements” under The7 > Plugins.
2. Enable post types you need under The7 > My The7 in the “Settings” block.
Al these things are ok but when I click Portfolio Masonry & Grid icon pop-up window openind and waiting on loaidng.
Sounds like some JavaScript file was damaged or there is a conflict with one of your plugins. Or Page Builder is simply outdated.

Hi there!! I’ve just purchased The7 theme a few days ago, and am browsing around to get familiar with all the amazing features! I’m having a bit of an issue on the logo’s area: are there any sizes that are recommendable to use, for all the different branding options? My logo is wide! (travelling with tania)

There’s not “recommended” size – theme will adjust itself to your logo size automatically. Just make sure that logo visually fits the screen.
Another thing to note is “High-DPI” version of logo should be x2 in dimensions. E.g. if your regular logo is 150×100px, the High-DPI version should be 300×200px.

Am i the only one having issue with mobile not loading properly? I have installed the agency theme, having touch anything and it is completely screwed on smartphone… Tried with all browsers available… safari, chrome, firefox, opera…. All the same!!! Using iphone 6s

Viewing the Agency demo on my old beaten SE – works fine.
Though I must say that testing in FF and Opera on mobile devices is not something we are doing or planning to do.
Can you please post some links to screenshots of the issue?
i have tested on others browsers to check if the issue was browser compatibility but obviously i am using safari or chrome as main browser. Anyway, please have a look at my tested site here : http://blockchainviralvideos.biz . It takes ages to load first then when you start to scroll down then go back up, everything disappear for a moment…

There seem to be an issues with sticky version of mobile header. As a temporary solution, you can change it’s mode to fade or slide.
Thanks for your reply but it doesn’t work neither with this option… Hope you could fix those mobile issues as soon as possible… When you scroll down, sometimes it give a total blank page and make everything freeze so with those type of issue, i can not deliver my client website knowing that 80% of the traffic will come from mobile… Thanks for your support btw!
Actually you can just check your own demo (agency) on mobile with your own setting and notice that the content sometimes disappear giving you just a blank page for few seconds. The slider also disappear when you try to scroll up
We acknowledged the issue. BUT it only occurs when you select the “sticky” mobile header. Please switch to any other mobile header option as a temporary solution.
Please have a look yourself instead of repeating the same thing… IT DOES NOT WORK WHATEVER header option you are selecting. Tried all options with same result…

We are using WPBakery Page Builder plugin (formerly known as Visual Composer). Not to be mistaken with Visual Composer Site Builder.
The7 is fully compatible with Yoast SEO.

I need to disable portfolio, teams, testimonials, photo albums and slideshows. They are not required in my website. So how do I disable them so that the junk JS and CSS files or functions are not added to my wordpress.

You can disable them under The7 > My The7, in the “settings” block. Or simply de-activate “The7 Elements” plugin.
But that will disable all the other features of The7 too?
As mentioned above, disabling unused post types under Settings block allows to selectively disable features.
What sort of product icon options do you have for ecommerce theme? The 7 store is a great looking theme but would love to change the icons to something more sleak like what nitro has: http://nitro.woorockets.com/niche-02/product-category/clothing/t-shirts/ which adds the quick view and added to cart within the image. is this possible with the7?

I have a problem, my thumbnail in Woocommerce are croped, i’ve found an issue, i need to go on WC settings and disabled the hard crop but i don’t have the display setting with The-7, there is a message who display : “Looking for the product display options? They can now be found in the Customizer. Go see them in action here.” but if i click on it, I come across an error page

A quick update. There was a change in the WooCommerce – not only in the theme. It is possible that issue is caused by it.. or it is a combined issue of WC+The7. We’re investigating it.

Per the user’s guide, in order to create an album, I should navigate to “WP-admin > Photo Albums > Add new Album”. I have no such menu: Photo Albums. I am running latest Wordpress and your latest theme. Help?
