In this theme header can be hidden on specific pages via single page options. However, with side header when it’s hidden, page doesn’t go full width, it stays on 80% of the screen approximately and there’s an empty space where header was.So, is it possible to have an individual full width page and all other pages with side header with this theme?

And why does it link to your website instead of mine? Hi, I did change the Portfolio-Link to using the external link (like to a website or a hosted pdf) – how can I make porto open those links in external windows? (like http:// a_href=”_blank” settings)

My support has expired but just want to share issue that I encountered. The latest update (4.2) caused the letters in main menu, widgets titles and at some other locations in my website to disappear but I can still click on it. Reverting to previous version (4.1.5) fixed this issue. I have been updating the same way since using this theme that is by using envanto toolkit and reverted by using the backup that this toolkit created.

Please try once updating your theme via CPanel hope you will not find an issue and please take a complete backup of your current theme before updating.

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme) 2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme) 3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes. 4. Extract the zip file of the theme there. 5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.

We have tested our latest Theme and do not find this issue the issue is at your end so please try once update your theme to the latest version and then disable all the third party plugin at your end then check your site hope you will not find an issue if yes then we need to debug your site but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is now expired. I am trying to receive support and your help for a few days now and it is very urgent and you are not helping me!! I need help today this is outrageous my website looks bad !!!! I have talked to you over email and said that I can’t update link colors and logo in sticky menu – it wont “read” the changed in theme options under skin > main menu > Link Color in Sticky Header. and under general > logos > Logo in Sticky Menu. You have told me that this is permission issue but this isnt true, because I have changed entire css folder to 777 (tried 755 also) permission as you tols me. PLUS – I have provided you my login details and you havent helped me. THIS IS URGENT! please!

As we told you in your ticket reply that when you are saving theme option than your files revert 644 permission please fix it with the help of hosting provider you need to fix/allow 755 for working THeme Options and you said that you are a developer and you have access to your CPanel and you allow 775 Permission to the CSS files but dear we again debug your site and finds when we save anything from THeme Options then your files permission revert back to 644 that is why you won’t able to change, It look likes that your server has some restriction on your account and it only works with 644 permisiion that is why we told you to contact your hosting provider.

Support website not working?

I cant save anything i change in my Porto theme option. Version 4.20

It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

OR

That is the cache problem, The best practice is when you are in development mode then disable all the cache plugins on your site and server too and remove site and server cache then finally check your site after removing the browser cache. hope your issue will solve if not then contact us through our support system so we will check and solve it for you.
