I have now purchased the content egg and ReHub theme 5 days ago.
I have filled in all available affiliate networks, so accounts created, the API keys entered, and so they are on foreign networks after almost all of them
Thought easily to load products, with the many options that have been built into them.
However, after 5 days of playing, and practicing, reading the list of many options, having asked a lot of questions, which are neatly referred to the documentation with a cut and paste response, I’m actually not much further. Contains 1 product, which I have created, and with content egg, added the same product elsewhere as a comparison.
Even this one is not in order, because the most expensive price is the Best Deal.
Loading products therefore seems impossible. So i got the answer to load products with All import Pro. The All import works, you get the products there, but miss or the buy now button, or other things that are needed Loading coupons feeds does not seem to work The content egg is a fantastic tool, but only if you have manually created a product, and want to show matching products.
But not suitable to fill your website as an individual product, or am I doing something wrong?

I’m trying to remove related products from the bottom of a Woocommerce product page but nothing seems to work:
1) With RH Woo Tool – Still displays.
2) Tried this – http://rehubdocs.wpsoul.com/docs/rehub-theme/shop-options-woo-edd/how-to-disable-related-products/ – Still displays.
3) Tried Woocommerce method – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/remove-related-posts-output/ – also still displays.
Using latest Woocommerce & Wordpress and latest theme. Maybe something has changed?

Update: not solved yet…
We can not help you without an FTP access. You need to check the code and where the function does not work in WC filters. We have not faced such a situation early, therefore, we can not say in the conjecture what the reason may be.
if all methods are not working, this can be reason that you are using custom plugin for related products or customization, which overwrite default function

I would like to use it only so that people can print or show the discount coupon in a physical store so that they can apply the discount on the purchase. users can add coupons which are printable and they also can add custom images to printable coupons. But there is no membership option for this. So, you must use any membership plugin to get payment for this. Then, you can allow registered users to post their printable coupons. Please, note. Printable coupon option is available only for woocommerce

How do I set the Grid/Corousel of WooCommerce Products for single column?
I would like to display only one coupon (or corousel) from each store in a single column by dividing the rows into (1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4)
there is no carousel which has 1 column. Also, i don’t recommend to use 4 carousels on one page, can slow down site

the only module which can be used in one column is “Simple post list” which supports also products.

This button shows in the post, but the link set to affiliate post (amazon affiliate link) does not work in spite it redirects to normal wordpress post.

I want to use your theme together with a plugin for scraping sites however they told me if your theme requires this string type that plugin will not work They also told me the following: “In order to check your theme or plugin needs this type of strings, you can install free “Post Meta Inspector” plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-meta-inspector/ . You will see an additional meta box on your posts / custom post types at the end of page like this screenshot located at https://ps.w.org/post-meta-inspector/trunk/screenshot-1.jpg?rev=1673388 after the installation. it’s depending on field. Some fields are required, but, I guess you need fields for affiliate offers, these fields don’t require array and they are flat values without arrays. We made this special for compatibility with different plugins
Thanks for your reply. So just to make sure before I buy the theme: the idea is to make a simple site to compare prices of local stores (bicycle stores). I will use this plugin to scrape data from these sites (title of the product, price and stock) and provide the data when someone use the “search” box. Since the plugin do not support arrays I just want to make sure if you think this can still work. Plugin is called “Scrapes” just in case you want to check. The data for my site will come from this plugin basically. Do you think this can work? Thanks

This plugin must work with theme and it can populate data to theme fields like price, title, etc. But I don’t know how it can help to build price comparison site. It can only make deal sites where one offer per one post
The plugin will scrape for me for example name of the Bicycle, price and stock for 10 sites and generate xml or csv file for me daily. The idea is that using your theme, together with Wp All Import plugin I can set cron jobs to import the new xml every day so the process will be done automatically and prices/products will be updated based on the new xml file. When the client looks for BIKE XYZ it will go through the list of products imported from Wp All Import plugin to your theme and will find all items with “BIKE XYZ” in the title showing the prices and comparing stores. Does that make sense?

I just want to make a simple website that search product and price divided by store. I sent you the link for the site, just want to check if your theme can do similar. yes, such search is possible, but it will be not divided by shops and it will be sorted by date of adding post

I have out of stock products hidden in my Woocommerce settings but when I do a search, they still are displayed. How can I disable these from being displayed?

Ajax search is enabled, yes. Child theme, Revendor 7.1.9, ReHub version 7.2. For hiding products, when they are at 0, they are hidden by WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Out of stock visibility and I have Hide out of stock items from the catalog checked.
catalog and search visibility are different things. They must be hidden from search
Yes, but then what you are saying for every out of stock product, I need to change from catalog and search to just catalog meaning extra work just so people do not see something in a search when it isn’t displayed in the catalog. Can’t you update the search to detect if the Out of stock visibility is checked, and if so, not display it in search results? To me that doesn’t make sense as if I don’t want it displayed in one area, I wouldn’t want it displayed in another area where they could find it.
Search is already configured to disable products which are hidden from search. You can disable products in right side panel where you have publish button
When I click the “View All Results” it still displays the item when switched to Catalog/Shop mode only and Hidden as well. So the search results page doesn’t seem to pay attention to that. Personally, as I said, I think if it is said to not show in the catalog via the Out of stock visibility, the search ajax and search page shouldn’t display it either. This seems to be a bug
Not clear what you mean. There is no option in woocommerce to hide out of stock, you can hide only when you make product as hidden from search and shop

Check my other post, as mentioned, selecting Hidden or Catalog Only mode doesn’t hide it either when viewing all results. So that is broken no matter what. What I am saying though I would think would be something that most people would want when using your Theme is hiding out of stock products when you want them hidden in the catalog. I don’t know any vendor who would want people to find something that wasn’t they don’t want shown on the front end catalog through search.

Please go to https://www.8bitclassics.com and search Star. There is one that is hidden and doesn’t display while waiting for Ajax to update, then click the View All Results. The hidden ones is the second one listed without the picture. I also changed it to Catalog only and it still displays in the feed as well.
Just an update, the 2nd Star Voyager is marked hidden, and the 2nd Star Raiders is marked as Catalog only.
it’s because you chosen to show “post,page,product” in search results, so, this will overwrite hidden functions, which is made for woocommerce. I mean, standard search of wordpress will show your hidden products. So, you have two choice:
1. use only products in search 2. Hide “view all results” in ajax dropdown, so, users will not be redirected to wordpress standard search
Ok, so based on what I am reading, you want me to remove products from being listed in searches? Then when I do this, no products are displayed in the ajax listing, but again all products including hidden are displayed in the view all results page. Just like above, Star Voyager that is hidden and Star Raiders that is marked catalog only are still displayed.

we will not add this to core, because it’s breaking logic of wordpress search. Out of stock products are still products and they must be in search and on site. If you need custom solution, you can hire developers for customization
I noticed that there is an update to a new version of 7.2 as of February 18th. Even envatos wordpress upgrade tool says it is there, but wont update it. So I went to my downloads and thought i would do it manually, but the download that was there was the version that I originally downloaded in October. It is still on version 6 at least the files say that before the download and the file name matches my original download name from October. Is this just an error and do you know why the envato wordpress tool might not be working to auto upgrade this for us.

it’s buttons and they don’t require translation. Edit product and add your own labels for buttons
