how to upgrade theme

How to hide or prevent stars from appearing here and on the site as a whole.

I service a client that uses Flatsome theme. I can’t seem to figure out an issue we just started having. We run a multi-site installation. The UX Builder won’t load on the main site with the www prefix. Although on any subdomains it loads perfectly and functions as expected. We’ve deactivated all plugins, included network-wide plugins. We’ve commented out all our additions in the function.php file, we’ve also checked the console and no errors are populating. Any ideas as to what’s going on?

When installing the sample data via the setup wizard on a multi network site it keeps showing the following error: Pages ajax error This makes the navigation menu missing when seeing the demo?

Semrush SEO tool is reporting a bunch of “missing alt text” warnings on product image thumbnails. It started after I’ve updated Flatsome to 3.5.2 (via Dashboard Update, I’m also using official Flatsome child theme, my WP is 4.9.4,). I’ve confirmed that all product images have alt tags, regenerated thumbnails (using RT plugin), and deleted all cache, but the warnings are still there. Is this an issue with Flatsome? Any suggestions what to do?
