I have 100 products on a specific product page. I want to show 20 products initially and then add pagination to see the next 20 products. I could not find any solution that how can i do that ?

Before posting a thread :
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. You can check that at ThemeForest at the account you bought the theme with. If you are using the latest build please try to download the latest version again and re-upload the theme usage of FTP upload overwriting the one that is in there to rule out any wrong theme code.
2) Undo all hardcoded theme adjustments (PHP, HTML, or CSS)
3) Remove any (manually) added (java) scripts in the theme settings, theme core files or widget area's
4) Turn off the child-theme
5) Turn off minify and/or cache plugins 6) Turn off all your plugins and see if the issue resolves.And after that:
I am gonna have to ask you to completely remove Revolution slider plugin from your Theme installation and then install it again.

If you want to set only one of the menu item to show as a button then that is possible with the help of Customization because if you set menu from Appearance >> Theme Options then that styling will apply on all the menu items.

For each “Event ” there is an “Event Link” field in “Event Options”

However I cannot seem to find where this field is displayed? Is it used at all?

You need to install shop 15 on localhost then from localhost copy, the backend content of home page and paste it to on your live site new page your issue will solve.

Hi there. I had this theme downloaded in a separate domain but the server it was hosted got hacked so i closed the account. I just tried to install this theme on another domain after a while(i don’t use the previous domain anymore) but it keeps giving me this error – “Are you sure you want to do this?” and only option i have available is “Please try again.” . How can i install this theme? Please help!

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you but after extending your support extension. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.Your theme will be updated easily.
But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements.

Hi there, realise my support has expired but hopefully this is a quick one! I have 10 portfolio items all linked to one portfolio category I.D (both I.D and slug is “insite”). Why when I have a porto portfolio on a page and under settings I have “insite” under portfolio category I.D, none of the portfolio items appear?

We have tested it at our end with 12 Portfolio Items and all are linked with a single Portfolio Categorie and we used Porto Portfolio Element for that and it is working absolutely fine at our end Please see these screenshots: https://prnt.sc/imymkc & https://prnt.sc/imymm5 and make sure at your end that you have selected the right setting or not.
