Hi, i been using the theme for a while and everything was ok until upgrading to porto 4.2. The theme is broken and support closed the ticket with the comment that issues have been solved. Need to talk to the manager since i paid for a support i´m not receiving. Actual ticket being processed: 27447

Your ticket is still open and please create a new ticket for every single or two new issue. because if you create a single ticket having 10 issues in it then we need to solve one by one because we need to solve other clients tickets as well that is why we recommended creating a fresh new ticket for every single new issue you will face.

Our Theme is fully responsive Theme and it works perfectly fine at our end. The issue is at your end so we need to debug your site so please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Logiundetails so we will check it for you.
And Sorry but you can not change complete site look on mobile it always work on the providing Theme Options. You can find some changes you will be made on the shop page from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Product Archive >> Shop Page product Column on mobile etc.

Hi, I am looking for the zigzag separator at visual composer but I can’t find it. I wrote to visual composer developers and they saw it’s active and send this screenshot https://prnt.sc/im69tn but at porto (the last version) I cant find it. Both (theme and plugin) using the last version. The VC team saw: “Do make sure that it is not disabled at your end by the theme author using vc_remove_element.” It is disabled? What happend? Я даже Вам написал, хотя это бред так как тема должна работать из коробки. Ребята из России не берите тему много проблем а что бы получить ответ на вопрос как сделать продукты на главной в один столбец и надо будет доплатить и получить расширенную поддержку это бред я таких разработчиков темы еще не видел. Hi there, I am using Woocommerce 3.3.3, Wordpress 4.9.4 and Porto theme 4.2.0.
I’m having an issue with resizing the thumbnails – the Featured Products widget – the products’ images cannot be resized even after I had followed your instructions. The Featured Products widget is used in the right sidebar on the single products page. To resize products’ images, I had used your instructions:
- Please go Woocommerce > Settings on admin sidebar. - Please click Products tab. - Please click Display link. - Please go Product Images and change the image sizes. - After change the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen.Thumbnails on admin sidebar.
I had also used the latest instructions for Woocommerce 3.3.3 to regenerate the thumbnails. However, the size of products’ images in Featured Products widget did not change at all.
Can you kindly assist in this area? Thank you.

You need to follow the newly released Woocommerce 3.3.3 change image size rule and after that, you must need to regenerate the image thumbnails your issue will solve.

Hello, I have kind of tricky situation.
I am using Porto, Event Module. I created my events, past and future. I declared the Event Page in the Theme Options. If you visit that page I see only 10 events, repeated on multiple pages.
IF i create a distinct page, and use the Porto Events Element I can see the events, but unfortunately not paginated, and no options for ti, as in the previous case.
Is there anyway I can make all events to show-up on the declared event page within the Porto Theme?

Recommendation: It would absolutely GREAT, to be able to play and integrate events, as you can do with members and portfolios.
Demos and their respective Images are miss-matched match – eg. Shop DEMO 14 and DEMO 16 The images miss-guides you for the demo design. The Image on for DEMO 16 was the design liked by my one of my client but the demo is like the image on the DEMO 14 (and yes link to DEMO 14 opens demo 16). are you in process in making demo like the Image for DEMO 16.

When i update porto from ver 4.1.4 to 4.2.0 some bugs in the mobile view fixed but the big problem is that the pagination disapears from my pages. Check this link to understand what is disappearing.. http://prntscr.com/ile0j9 The customers can see only the first page and they can not go to any next page because of this problem. This is one of my pages https://thikishop.gr/thikes-kiniton-axesouar-apple-iphone-7/ that i have the problem, you can not see the problem now because its the 4.1.4. I have to inform you that i replaced all my category pages to pages with shortcodes for SEO reasons. Take a look please to my website thikishop.gr.

Hi,
Please follow the steps given below to update your theme hope you will not find an issue.
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.
Your theme will be updated easily.
