This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi, noticed something with the theme. When I am logged into WordPress on an iPad it displayes normal but when logged out, theme displays as the truncated mobile view, any ideas why this should be?

Sorry but the mobile theme does not have any settings in this regard. It can only be done through altering the theme code. The code for the mobile theme homepage can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/jI0gdRC0
You will need coding skills to remove the post loop though as there are multiple places in that file that need altering in order for the code to work .

The social counter widget requires a specific implementation from social networks that not all of them share. Some networks even popular ones such as LinkedIn are missing the markup required by our social counter. As for the Instagram, it is already present in the sidebar widget and the separate Instagram widgets as I have mentioned in the previous reply.

Unfortunately our theme does not have changeable backgrounds based on pages/templates. Our background is added for the whole site. Your modification can only be done with custom code. Unfortunately we do not have a customization department so we cannot help with the custom code needed for the modification.

Any at all demo can be used in this case. It all comes down to preference. A demo only changes the look and feel of the theme. It does not provide extra features. The functionality is the same on all demos. Only style changes.

Sorry but our theme plugins cannot be activated for specific pages only. Any at all plugin is activated for the entire website at once. Not selective pages or other templates.
