its no place for me to add a ticket. The problem appeared when i uppdated the theme. The burger menu on tablet and iPhone is not showing (or, it is, but it is so weak that you can not really see it), and the same goes for the drop down on the webpage on ordinary screen. I have been searching all over the options, but can not figure out where to change the colors and background on the dropdown menus?? This was so easy before, but now i can’t find it anywhere. I have tried the advanced styling option, but nothing is changing. This worked just fine before the update.

We have purchased your theme and generally we like the large amount of customization – but we now have a PROBLEM – we are using Easy Slider – HOW DO WE ADD IMAGES TO THE SLIDER & HOW DO WE ADD A CLICKABLE BUTTON (we use REv Slider a lot and we are familiar with its settings so this is new for us)

recently upgraded to the Enfold 4.2.6 and had white screen. Have reverted back to Enfold 4.2. Please advise what could be causing this?

I am currently thinking of switching from the theme I’ve been using to Enfold and I would like to make just one pre-sale question.
I use Custom Post Types through WP plugins a lot.
Does Enfold / Enfold Editor provide support for these types of post types? In particular, will I be able to make a template I can use in my CPTs both for single and archive pages and style it while retaining all the functionalities of a common Enfold post type or will my CPT follow the layout of Enfold’s single.php with limitation in customization?
This is not possible, for example, in the theme that I am currently using (as it collects all the elements from single.php without me being able to create and style a template) and it is paramount to have this clarified before I purchase Enfold.

But i have see that the Visual Artist don’t work on any Tablet (iPad/Samsung Tab) and on Mobile (iPhone/Nokia 6 or what ever) I have see that many other Person has write for long time that that the Theme don’t work on Mobile Electronic correct. I’m often contacted by clients complaining about our plugin’s fullscreen not working with Enfold theme (only). Not sure why are you using z-index for regular page elements, I haven’t seen this technique anywhere else.
Can you please let me know if there’s a way to make a page content element fullscreen, without having the header or footer overlapping? Cause currently no matter how big z-index I use, the header is always on top.

A work around could be adding a Color Section element to the page, setting it’s height to 100% with no padding, setting it’s container width to 100% and then inserting your plugins shortcode inside that Color Section element could work.
We would rather make your plugin compatible with our theme.

First of all, I followed Enfold guide for goole maps. I created a Google Static Maps API key as per instructions and entered it into the Google Maps section of Google Services in Theme Options. I click the Check API Key button, and right below the key and the button it says, “Could not connect to Google Maps with this API Key.” Hoping this might an anomaly, I went to the page and added a Google Map element. However when I entered the address and clicked fetch coordinates, I got the following error: “An error occurred. It seems that your Google API key is not configured correctly.

I have a problem. When updating the template, the files of the child template have stopped working but they still exist. He tells me that enfold_child can not be viewed by a faulty file. This is the message. “The theme defines itself as its top theme, please check the Template header”

Please make sure your PHP version is minimum 5.6 which is recommended minimum version for WordPress. Enfold is compatible up to 7.x.

Question before purchasing: I have been through several themes that have good looking design, but have learned that they seem to slow down my hosting server with GoDaddy (the free Twenty Seventeen theme is fine) such that editing the website in WP dashboard frequently lags upon save, or changing things to work on. Also slowed down is TTFB with the purchased themes vs Twenty Seventeen (or Twenty Sixteen etc). Do you know if your theme will similarly slow down my server response on GoDaddy? I plan on getting away from GoDaddy, but I’m locked in for at least another year unless I can get them to refund me what I’ve paid for the Ultimate Managed WordPress hosting so far.

Thanks for your reply. This does not solve the problem as it also sets the desktops to have a mobile menu. I want all iPads and phones to have the mobile menu and all desktop to have the text menu.
