Hello. I am updating a website done with this theme. The original website is https://www.nextgenatl.org | Towards the bottom of the page there is a hover effect that gives a red overlay and also added a line a text when the mouse hovers over the image. I rebuilt that site on another server and plan to clone it over the original. I would like to create that same effect. malikmack.com/nextgen/ is updated version of the site.

Hello, its posible to add i icon (from https://fontawesome.com/icons) in the menu for “My Account”? The other icon for the main menu i can add with “Design -> menus”. But for the menu-point “My Account” i find nothing. I want it to appear in the mobile menu. Thank you!

After the latest flatsome and woocommerce update i frequently have “internal server error” problems. What can be wrong?

Possible Bug Found – The “Open cart drop down when product is added to cart”—It did work prior to the latest Flatsome upgrade.

The box is checked still, but no pop up works… I’m running the latest woo, wordpress… running PHP 7.1, 7.0, Tried 7.2… same thing, cleared server cache, site cache, tried misc browsers, tried to toggle it back on and off….. but no luck. Please advise.

I have spent hours trying to understand why (Lazy Load Images) work on all browsers except Internet Explorer even with (IE recent version).

Instead of placing bad review please follow the fix:

This topic for everyone experienced Lazyload images issues in IE (Internet Explorer Browser)... Please follow this to fix the issue:

1- Go to the web server file manager.

2- Locate the file:

wp-content/themes/flatsome/inc/extensions/flatsome-lazy-load/flatsome-lazy-load.php

3- Click CTRL+G (go to code line) and enter (41)

4- Just comment the entire code line as follow:

//$lazy_image = get_template_directory_uri().'/assets/img/lazy.png';

Save and Reload the page in IE Browser.

Note: If your website using caching plugin or Cloudflare caching system, Please Delete/Purge all cache.

There is still another issue when using Infinite Scroll instead of the regular page navigation.

The “Infinite Scroll” issue appears in IE browser by Duplicating the post/products images only when clicking on “Load More” (In my case I am using external Images from Amazon).

Hi there, I have been using your theme for almost 1 year now and it has been excellent. I just found 1 issue lately: the “forgot-password” page doesn’t work, the send email button is disabled even I have entered a valid email address. When I open developer’s console in chrome and manually delete the “disabled” attribute of the element, it works. I switched my theme back to default 2017 and it works without problems too.

I have a client who wants to have a “Scroll-to-id” menu on the homepage. When on mobile a menu item is clicked, the page scrolls to the ID, but the menu stays still opened. How can I set it to automatically hide after a menu-item click?
