We also had the problem that visitors could not place woocommerce orders anymore after a woocommerce update in february. I saw this was a known problem but we only found out yesterday after a visitor contacted us. Maybe it is an idea to send out a mail to all your customers when problems with such impact arise
That is right, I got informed about the update, but I did not know that this update was a fix.. Next time I will test more thoroughly after woocommerce updates.

Yes when a new Woo update come out it’s good practise to test the shop part, in latest update they changed lot of stuff and there was a panic for some days for all themes that use WooCommerce.

By the way this is the second feature suggestion I made:Could you please add more options for post isotope module filtering (e.g. Ability to select Filter by categories, tags, date asc/des). vimeo lightbox does not work when embedded in a content block slider.
Hi nautiluscreative! You need to remove the Loop option, you cannot play more than 1 time the same Vimeo video in autoplay (under the hood the loop option create multiple copies of the slide).

Hi, we are working on a website with your theme and for no apparent reason we have lost menu and footer. Besides that the only page that works (without a menu) is the homepage. Not really, we have taken out all modifications (only some text/shadow changes) and plugins that might cause these problems. When we change back to one of the standard themes, the menus and footers are visible. We have traced back all the steps we did but everything is fairly standard on this site. Thanks

Hi there, with standard themes I mean the themes included with wordpress. I am sure that a theme does not break itself but since we have spend a lot of time trying to find the cause and could not find it , we have asked you. No child theme for now. We are going to move it to another server and then we will use a child theme. Since a lot of the site is standard it would not be difficult to move to another server. But for now we want to resolve this issue, any ideas? Thanks

Hi, Debug mode is switched on, this is a sub page http://www.europexpo.eu/join/ which works inside the dashboard but will only show the homepage outside the dashboard. In other words you won’t see the page.
No right now absolutely no idea what happen, it’s really odd something that worked now is broken, by the end this worked and this is a popular theme. Have you also contacted your host to ask if they have modified something or if they see an error in the Log file? in a previous test we have updated the theme, this is a backup from yesterday. There was no difference between 1.63 and 1.75. Yes most of the code is gone but only when you look outside the dashboard, inside everything works ok. Would it help if we would send you the login information ? (privately)

If we accept private logins from you also the other 33.000+ customers should expect the same. We as author have also to abide by the terms of contract which is to the customer and marketplace own interests. Pretty sure you can understand.
Clearly something was changed at server level, have you contacted them and asked if in the last days they changed something or if they see some errors in the LOG files?

If we have encountered this issue before I will have suddenly suggest you a fix instead send messages on messages, please ask your host what happen, if ascertained that a popular theme doesn’t broke itself probably something changed in the host. Out of curiosity, please try to install Uncode on another service and replicate your settings, maybe this helps you!
1. How can i give transparent black background only for Top menu part? There is option only for giving transparent background in header section completely. I want background only for Menu section (with 10pixel padding only around menu).
2. What is the perfect image size for Inner page slide shows ( Right side part, we used full stretched slider. we given square size image -but down part is showing black colour bcz of not enough height for image, Then i put normal wide size images for slider – but people face going to cutting, head also can’t see… Not coming perfect way)
Hi coopermyth! Unfortunately this is not an option, as you can see from our demos the top menu is always solid color (not transparent), we are flexible but in the limits of what we show in our demos.

Hi, I know my support has expired but ever since updating to the new version it seems saving a post crashes my server. From trial and error I’ve found it’s caused by your version of visual composer causing load on the server, normally when I’ve added a few images and try and save but sometimes much less. I’ve tried re-installing everything and everything is up to date. Do I have to buy support again as I think it’s a bug? Thanks in advance.
Hi therunawayjudge! I don’t think it’s a bug of new version otherwise we should have received lot of similar complaints, it’s also true you updated Uncode but probably also WordPress. Anyway, does this happen when you create a simple blog posts? What is crashing the backend, the final page or the index page? Can you please show your site so we can understand and help better?
Thanks for helping. The server IO and CPU max out (http://prntscr.com/io9pbw) when I save an existing post after I have removed some images and then added some and saved. First the connection is lost on the post, then sometimes I get a 404, and others it eventually comes back. Uploading images direct to Media is fine, also swicthing to classic mode (turning off VC) and adding images then updating works fine. I thought I would try duplicating the website on another domain, but I got a similar issue, add a few images, that everything maxed out and this column hangs: http://prntscr.com/io9w3j
If I had installed all kinds of new plugins and been messing about I would understand, but nothing has changed. It’s just since i updated. Also, parallax doesn’t work anywhere anymore. Woocommerce templates wouldn’t go full width (just edited the css to fix that). All very strange…
It crashes the whole server when I save the page in the backend. Starts with Connection lost, then gives up, sometimes shows 404 page but then sometimes makes it and the page returns.
Not managed to replicate using normal page or post, just woocommerce.

These attachment display settings do not appear on any of the other websites on the same cpanel.
I checked cPanel PHP settings to see if these suggested imaged processors are turned on and they are http://prntscr.com/ioew2w
Then, as soon as I activated theme 2017, I got a woo message saying “Thumbnail regeneration is running in the background”. When it went I checked and there was sadly still no “Attachment Display Settings” section for images http://prntscr.com/ioeypx
If I understand correctly, every image I upload, multiple versions should be being created in different sizes. Looking at file manager, they are all there ( > http://prntscr.com/iof0yi) and being generated while still having these problems and not seeing the Attachment Display Settings for each image > http://prntscr.com/iof1is
PS. I noticed VC looks different with icons and colours while running 2017 but I think that’s because you run your own version?: http://prntscr.com/ioexnp not related I’m sure but just checking.

Yes, sorry that probably sounded confusing. My VC looks like your example. I was just saying it didn’t when I changed themes and disabled plugins it changed, ignore that comment.
So… I’ve just also noticed that the Attachment Display Settings are there if I switch to Classic Mode and select Add Media > http://prntscr.com/iofw3z so this isn’t the issue.
When I switched themes and turned off all plugins except woo, loads of older images started having versions generated > http://prntscr.com/iofxx3
I turned your theme back on and it stopped.
Then I turned 2017 back on (all normal plugins still on) > http://prntscr.com/iog0yb
...and generating continues > http://prntscr.com/iog25h
So effectively, turning Uncode on is stopping image size generation.

Hi Guys, First of all, let me say you got a great theme! I’m still working on the theme and understanding the features you got, and i’m stuck with your custom fields. As i understand, i can create from the theme options, custom fields for a CPT. I also understand that i can pull out this custom fields using the posts module when to create an archive page. The thing that i don’t understand is how to have a a CPT single page showing this custom fields. Is it possible to create a layout for this single CPT using the content blocks and the theme options and showing the custom fields?? Posts module is for listing. I want to show individual custom fields and create a single template! What do you suggest?

No sorry this is not possible and there is a reason, custom field can be used for everything, maybe you need to display some text while other user may need images or percentage value, is pretty impossible create some module of VC that can handle any needs, you should create your customisations and retrieve these values the way you need.

Hello, the last version have a menu bar too big, I would like to have it thinner but I’m struggling find a way to that. Right now it’s annoying moving the mouse from the menu to submenu since it disappears before the mouse reach it :/

Seems like there is no connection to paypal and SofortÜberweisung. Furthermore we get the screen of death. Whitescreens after loading the dashboard and so on…

Hi: I’m setting up the blog section of my site, and am trying to use the lateral(?) layout, but with a sidebar, and I want the title of the post to appear in the content section. I have a “News” header that I want to leave in place for each post. My problem is that I can’t get the title, meta and featured image to appear in the Content section of each post, even when I set it in the theme options and/or on the individual post page.
