Hi,
i have to do link in menu to going to on sale products & another link to going to Featured products .
Also i want to set side bar to make filters on each page from two these pages (on sale , Featured ).

when i create page called (on-sale) and set shortcode for sale product and assigned custom or category side par , the wedges did not show because it show and mange shop page only .
so , how can i make this scenario .

You need to go to Appearance >> Widgets and use filters that show in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/iosd3j as per your requirement and set those filters in any of the widgets and then go to the pages backend you have created and set that widget in the sidebar of that page from Page Options: https://prnt.sc/iosd2h this is the only way you can do it.

We have tested our latest theme and do not find this issue. Please make sure that your Theme and Plugins are updated if not then update it and also check your site after removing the browser cache and deactivating all your site third party plugins. Hope you will not find an issue if yes then we need to debug your site but after purchasing your support extension because your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

And yes the product price is by default shown on the shop page and yes Porto WordPress has enabled discount percentage option in its Theme Option.

Hello, Thank you for your reply. One more thing i want to ask is that does your theme has the option for variable products to show discount percentage on product thumbnail ? I have a theme installed but it doesn’t has show discount percentage on variable product, but it shows it on simple product. I don’t know if i have explained it right but i hope you can understand what i am trying to say.

Porto theme only shows 2 levels of sub menu in the header menu navigation. But I want to show 5 levels of submenu. How can I achieve this??

OK, my Porto Mini-cart shows item count in small circle, but when you hover over icon is constantly spinning and no info in cart. Is this a glitch??

Hi P-Themes or anyone that can help. Been using the theme for while now and haven’t had any issue with it. Just recently we are unable to add more product gallery images – The popup doesn’t launch. This has started since updating the theme to Porto 4.2. Any clues and has anyone else reported a similar issue?

Please check your site Porto >> System status and if there are certain labels having the red background then you have to solve those first.

Try to deactivate your site all third party plugins and then check your site after removing the cache.

Check in your browser console that is there any issue or not if it has then solve that.

Hi p-theme, we downloaded the latest version of the Porto and that has crashed our website. The WPBakery Page Builder stopped functioning properly after changing the files through cPanel and further change to pick to another theme temporary has crashed website. We need expedited help in order to resolve this issue.

Can you please try once updating/installing the latest Theme by following the steps given below hope you will not find an issue if yes then we will do it for you.

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.

But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements first.

when you select mini cart, there is an issue when deleting items in the cart. Navigation to cart items is only possible when you move your mouse through the small hole / cutout in the user interface, otherwise it closes the dropdown and doesn’t allow you to edit cart items.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested any third party plugin with our theme regarding tags yet but we have searched and finds some plugin you can test those ones by one and check which will work for you.

1. How to change default font size for all posts (existing + new ones)? Is there a similar setting for all pages?

2. Please change below checkout “discount coupon” to remain closed by default and only collapse/open when user clicks on it. It is affecting conversion since customers leave website to find coupons!!

No because the project is still locally. But, basecly, the problem was the last update. I saw on skin_1.css a line that has a design error. Some one set padding-right to 30px and do not set padding-left has you can see above: .main-menu-wrap #main-menu .mega-menu > li.menu-item > a, .main-menu-wrap #main-menu .mega-menu > li.menu-item > h5 { padding-right: 30px; } I solve the problem adding padding-left to 30px too. But I would be happy if you fix in the issue for the next build. Thanks Anyway.

1. Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your mini-cart it will appear on your page.

2. You can change that search word as per your requirement by editing .po file from wp-content/themes/porto/languages.

Sorry but you cannot import more than one demo on single site but if you want some pages of the main demo then install shop demo on your main Live site and install the main demo on localhost and then copy the page content of main demo you want to live site where shop demo installed by making a new page.

I have read all these instructions but still it could not handle my problem. I want to hide images of some products and display them like spreadsheet on some specific pages not all the pages. some products with images and some without images like spreadsheet but on different pages. how can i do that ?
