If I want to buy a theme and is not suitable from a performance point of view (site takes more than a few seconds to open) is refund possible? Is there any time limit for a refund (for example in 48h from the purchase if I am not satisfied with the product and I want to give up on it) ?

Hi, I updated all plugins and theme to latest version and we get a header error related to woocommerce plugin. The error goes when woocommerce is deactivated. Error:

For this first image for example is set to be Large Width Height, and proportions are 1000×1500 https://www.screencast.com/t/VAoNUmHUJuh Image with this settings should be 1000×500 Please, try to upload right dimensions and then use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to see images in new sizes.

But 1000×15000 is the right dimension, the picture is in portrait mode. The original size is 1000×1500 Your template has skewed it, I though the template is going to resize the pictures automatically as it supposed to do. I have different templates which do that. So what exactly do you mean by uploading right dimension? Do you mean i have to resize all portrait pictures to 1000 X 500 ???? Thanks

No it’s not. Only with your template, other templates fix this automatically, I dont have to resize anything before I upload in the template. This is a huge draw-back. I figured it out. One more question. For the life of me I cant setup my Instagram account, not on the footer and not in the sidebar. I set it ip once in Mikado Options, and it worked….now it stoped working. When I try to reconnect it, nothing happens

You could only try to arrange your images size on a way you want to see those in your single portfolio item, and then to reupload those images.
If you want to reset instagram widget you need to try with reconnecting to instagram account: you can just login to your database via hosting interface, locate database you’re using (name can be found in your wp installation file under wp-confing.php file). Then, locate wp_options table and make sure to show all records within. Use search within browser and find records containing instagram keyword. You should find three records, delete them and your Instagram widget will be reverted to default state!
Also check did you insert Mikado Instagram Feed widget into your desired Widget Area.

Thank you. I have a weird issue.The menus in the admin panel under appearance > menus do not show. I can select the menu from the dropdown and click choose menu or create a new one. I can see the elements on the left – those I can add to a menu. I cannot see the chosen menu though. Cannot see the options for configuring it or the save button.

I can’t seem to find the support options on the Mikado Themes site for FLEUR THEME.

If you re-import the demo content you may only remove menus in Appearance > Menus so they do not get duplicated, otherwise your content will be replaced with the new import.
