If I want to buy a theme and is not suitable from a performance point of view (site takes more than a few seconds to open) is refund possible? Is there any time limit for a refund (for example in 48h from the purchase if I am not satisfied with the product and I want to give up on it) ?

Hi, I had submit a ticket asking about image lazy loading in portfolio page. But after two day’s waiting, I still not receiving any reply from the support team. So I post the question in here.

I need to show a lots of photo in a single portfolio page, but I find out that it will take a long loading time. Is there a lazy loading option to load the photos in portfolio page to improve my website loading speed? Or there are any suggestion to have the lazy loading effect?

Hi, I updated all plugins and theme to latest version and we get a header error related to woocommerce plugin. The error goes when woocommerce is deactivated. Error:

wp-content/themes/fleur/framework/modules/woocommerce/widgets/woocommerce-dropdown-cart.php:152) in /home/new/wp-admin/includes/misc.phpon line 1116

We didn’t have the problem at 1.2. Is there a way to download the previous version or to fix the error with woocommerce?

Hello, your template has an issue with masonry portfolio. Another buyer commented about this. When I select masonry my pictures look stretched and all the same size. See attached: http://www.hochzeitsfotografwien.net/portfolio-item/hochzeit-emilia-martin/ , what is the problem ?

Where should I add the code? What does that mean “it is adding images on first available place in new row”, does it mean I cant do nothing about it ? In order for the pics to look arranged and in order?

I figured it out. One more question. For the life of me I cant setup my Instagram account, not on the footer and not in the sidebar. I set it ip once in Mikado Options, and it worked….now it stoped working. When I try to reconnect it, nothing happens

You could only try to arrange your images size on a way you want to see those in your single portfolio item, and then to reupload those images.

If you want to reset instagram widget you need to try with reconnecting to instagram account: you can just login to your database via hosting interface, locate database you’re using (name can be found in your wp installation file under wp-confing.php file). Then, locate wp_options table and make sure to show all records within. Use search within browser and find records containing instagram keyword. You should find three records, delete them and your Instagram widget will be reverted to default state!

Also check did you insert Mikado Instagram Feed widget into your desired Widget Area.

Doesn’t seem possible. It says the purchase of Fleur theme is verified but the only thing it lets me do is verify it again. Any other way to submit that to you?

It could be that your support period is expired, so you should extend/renew it.

I can’t seem to find the support options on the Mikado Themes site for FLEUR THEME.

I’ve been trying to upload the demo site but I can’t seem to get it to 100%. Non of the pages load onto the site. It’s rather frustrating. i’ve looked at all the previous support tickets and changed my php settings in my cpanel and i’ve still had no luck with uploading.

I try to use the support but now it doesn’t work. I have purchased the theme and now i’m modifying it on my local host (on my computer), but i have some problems. When i have tried to import all the file of the demo, the import stopped at 90%. Now i see some problems on the pages, like this: “Revolution Slider ERRORE: Slider with alias main-home-inner not found” on the homepage and others! How can i do? Can i try to re-import the demo? If you re-import the demo content you may only remove menus in Appearance > Menus so they do not get duplicated, otherwise your content will be replaced with the new import.
