Does anyone know how to achieve the faded brushstroke effect found on the Bridge 162 “Exporer” demo, on the Home Page at the bottom of the main slide/title image where it’s faded? Maybe a link to a tutorial?

You can request PSD files trough support, but we don’t have all of them because most of our demos were created directly on live installations, and we don’t have PSD’s for all of them.

The latest theme updates are breaking my WooCommerce shop and vendor pages. I have to re-install v 13.4 which is the only one that seems to work for these pages. Unfortunately, these problems did not present themselves until after my support expired. I’m afraid to upgrade or re-purchase support on this theme since it has had so many problems for me (slowness and updates breaking the woo pages). I really like the style of the offered demos, but these 2 factors are so frustrating I may have to switch to a different theme.

We are adding support for newer WooCommerce versions with each theme update when new Woo plugin is present at the time of theme release, so after updating the theme you also need to update Woo plugin. Also, make sure that you have suggested PHP version for this plugin since it is now PHP 7 https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/
If you still have problems after theme and plugins update you can contact support over email support[@]qodeinteractive.com if you think that issue is theme related, but each update is tested and there shouldn’t be problems with Woo compatibility.

I’m using the Masonry Gallery to showcase 4 images, 1 Big Square, 2 small Square and a landscape image.
On certain screen sizes the two small square get pushed below each other creating a empty space. This should not happen right? It should always stay the same because of the 50% 25% & 25% dimensions?

Theme is using fixed css grid so layout will be displayed nicely on screen resolutions from actual devices. If you were checking this by resizing browser window you will probably find some resolutions where layout will look a bit strange. If this is the case and you wan’t to make sure that it is shown nicely on all screen resolutions please contact support and provide link to a page with issue in your ticket.

I have installed Bridge in Wordpress many times buy unzipping the main downloaded file and uploading the bridge.zip . I’ve been trying to do the same for a number of times since yesterday and I get a time out type of screen that kicks me back when I “try again” to the original uploading page. Did something change? Hi the reason we got this theme was mainly for the way the posts are on your Tech Blog theme (http://bridge32.qodeinteractive.com/ – very nice!), to be able to use as part of a home page. When we’ve installed that and the content however the home page does not have any page items and is running from a template? How do we change the layout is it possible? we want to have this style blog format as part of a home page, so need other elements which we cant find how to ad?

Hi, Yes i know its using the gallery page template. We need to be able to use the way that is set on a page with other content however. I see you have a page on the demo site which shows what we need under ‘Blog’ > ‘Featured Lists’ > ‘Blog Gallery’ here: http://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/blog/blog-gallery/ – I cannot find any functionality in the page builder to achieve this? Can i ask if its possible to do this with the page builder please?

To have that layout you need to use appropriate blog page template, since they can’t be used on pages along with other content because layout exist only as page template. Only other way for showing blog posts on regular pages is to use one of blog list elements as shown in screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/tlhQt6s9t

Ok fair enough but I think its a bit misleading when you have content under the grid layout on the demo page at http://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/blog/blog-gallery/ – where it says ‘Get Bridge and Set Up Your Website Today’ and a button. Thats other content. Surely there shouldnt be anything on your demo site that we can’t do either.

Content on that page is inside footer top widget https://www.screencast.com/t/oGx8PCRFEMiW . If you want same layout you can configure footer top widgets from Qode options > Footer and then you can add some content inside only one footer widget areas.
Alternatively you can enable content bottom from Qode options > Content bottom, or you can configure it just for some pages from per page options (when you edit that page).

Unfortunately anchoring functionality doesn’t work for links, but since function is executed on links with anchor class you can try to add class=”anchor” to that link if you are adding it over text element.

mailchimp offers form for WordPress which you can use – commonly by pasting it inside Custom HTML element or custom HTML widget if you want it inside one of theme widget areas. Alternatively you can use Contact Form 7 plugin and then use additional plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/ in order to connect form with your mailchimp account.

Issue with Bridge Extreme Sports theme & WooCommerce page heading…
Anyone experiencing this… using WooCommerce with Bridge theme and when user goes to SHOP page, there is this HUGE GAP on iPhone where you are unable to see any products because the gap takes up the ENTIRE height of the phone screen…
The word, SHOP is at the top of the page, taking up a huge chunk of space and also a partial horizontal rule line…
The word SHOP happens to be white and since the background is white, it makes it look like the page is not loading… only showing the LOGO and nothing else…
IF you happen to scroll down, though… the products are down BELOW THE FOLD…
Does anyone know how to get rid of this huge gap?

Dear,
on the team-page of our website we’re using a portfolio-list to show our team members. This portfolio list contains the portfolio items of 2 categories. 1st category ‘team’ (always the same for every team member) and 2nd variable category (different for each person).
In the portfolio list view the categories are show below the Portfolio title, as intended. However, we only want to show the 2nd category here. Since the 1st category (‘team’) is the same for each member.
We’ve used this method to show some extra information about the team member beneath the Portfolio title, in our case the Job function.
Is there a possibility to hide the ‘team’ category Portfolio list but show the second category?

Having problems with demo import: Number 107 (beer craft) stops at 90% and the demo Estate I noticed the homepage layout is not the same as on the screenshot of the link on your website. The other demos I tried (about 5) work fine.
