you use many external scripts, like analytics, google tag manager, several ads scripts, groupon script and you can’t cache them, so, you can’t get A grade in any possible way
Also, i don’t see that you use anything from our article, don’t see any caching except autoptimizer which is not good
It will be great if you can check your side, too 
autoptimise is plugin for file cache, not for database request cache,so, you can’t compare it with supercache which is for database caching. Mostly, you must use both, but autoptimize has a real huge number of incompatibilities with different plugins, so, we stop using it on our sites

Not compatiable with tinymce advanced and yoast seo when i deactive either content egg plugin or rehub theme. those 2 above plugins are working fine in add post or add page.

1. I’ve manually extracted and uploaded Rehup folder under this directory wordpress/wp-content/themes.
