you can’t do this without customization. And what is reason to add description to tags? They are not very good for seo purpose, usually i close them at all from indexation

I can’t understand what you want. There is no any guarantee from google to show your star rating. We found that if you used Author reviews and star snippet was deleted, using User reviews sometimes help to get star snippet again.
