Question about the theme, when i check the demos and select the “classic agency” i see the images extremely blurry. Also the “Creative Agency” demo seems to have this behavior. In the screenshots the images are very crisp and sharp. But while looking at the demo the slider (Revolution Slider?) images are beyond blurry. See image attached. Weird, I have checked other themes which also include the Revolution slider and they don’t show any blurry images. I have a dual monitor setup with two 24” Iiyama G-master Black monitors. I’ve also checked it on my laptop and there it works fine. Case closed, must be some sort of problem on my side. Too bad I don’t know why it’s not working for me. Anyway, great looking theme, added it to my favorites. Might be purchasing it in the near future. Thanks for the quick replies.

Hi fabianenzensperger, unfortunately you need an “hack”, I never seen a theme that give you access to the HTML elements. Maybe there is also some plugins that can help doing this without modify the core files.
Hi! This question is about the Add to Cart Overlay option. I tried hiding the overlay with:

Hi, without a check to your site it’s not possible understand the layout you have but if you are using the Posts module with query to Products there is inside the module a Mobile tab with the option to remove the double tap (since the first is the one that trigger the add to cart that you removed).
Hi, I have found a problem with the search ajax plugin. If you turn on daves WP search and then ajax as type three letters. then click on the icon home page and you get the black overlay with the search field in the middle.. when you start typing the auto searched item and the searching circle are behind the black modal background? IT’s a z index issue! Do you have a fix? thanks

Spent months working on my site. Was looking great but after seeing the message on my dashboard to”update the Uncode Coreplugin”, I updated it and now my sites wont show any of my portfolio pages I created “404 not found”. I can see the pages when logged into my dashboard>Portfolio but when trying to view or preview the pages I just get the 404 message.
I tried rolling back my site on the server backup to before I updated the plugin but its not fixed. I feel terrible!!!! And stupidly didn’t create a child theme, Would really appreciate your help. My ‘support’ has expired. How much does it cost to renew as I’d expect its rather serious issue.
Wow stress! – Just ’ flushed permalink settings in Settings > Permalink in WordPress dashboard’. Looks to have fixed the issue. Might have been the ‘loco translate’ plug in.

Some users (on tablet or mobile) do not know you have to ‘click twice’ on the portfolio gallery items to view. The first click brings up the blue overlay showing the portfolio item title & categories; but there is no visual to indicate the user needs to click again to view the full portfolio item page. PLEASE could you tell me how to add a simple “View details” to these overlays or a ‘click here’ gesture icon.

Just bought this to install an upgraded version for my site which currently has version 1.4.1, is there anything i should follow to upgrade this and will this fix the error as the payment option with woocommerce is not working with the theme anymore. I tested changing the theme to Twenty Seventeen and it worked but not working with this theme. thanks

The plugin is woocommerce min-max quantities. Unhappily my process on this website building was too long and now my support expired even though i had never used it. I texted you here, because I thought it could have been a problem before and you could already have a solution.

We have tried the plugin with TwentySeventeen and we have some considerations: if you try to buy a product from the shop page, with AJAX activated, it puts the item in the cart even if you are under or above the min-max quantity allowed, so we can’t help you with this unfortunately, because it comes from the plugin itself.
About Uncode: make sure you have activated WooCommerce hooks on “Theme Options -> Extra -> WooCommerce” https://undsgn.d.pr/UwfTSK and switch off AJAX from “WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> General” https://undsgn.d.pr/vmSRBW : Uncode, in facts, extends AJAX for single products as well, but this isn’t a native feature of WooCommerce and some plugins needs to reload the page to work properly.
If you want to keep the checkbox on and use AJAX at least on shop pages, add this snippet to the file functions.php of a child theme in order to disable AJAX for single products only:

Hi, i am using the post functionality on the homepage. WIthin the post function I have used the build query function and selected all the post types i need. My goal is to make a grid with links to for example the shop, a few products and few blog posts. I have within Individual Posts/Pages/Custom Post Types selected the pages I wanted to showcase.
