I have two very odd issues I urgently need your help with.
1) On the homepage I’m working on (http://bit.ly/2IfbI50), we’re using a single slide from Qode Slider with a video background, but it’s not working for me. You can see a screenshare at https://youtu.be/WnjgwfngCCI. If test this with two slides, it works – http://bit.ly/2GGQs8b. Why is this happening?
2) On the footer of all pages on our site (http://bit.ly/2IfbI50), we are using ‘Call to Action’ element (http://prntscr.com/it74uu). Users on Mac (via Chrome) are seeing an extra box that shouldn’t be there (we’ve turned off effects) – https://prnt.sc/it6i1r and https://prnt.sc/it6hui. Any ideas?

1. Video is working on my end so this could be due to video file types, in case that you didn’t provide all of them. It is important to provide Video Preview Image for Qode Slider video slides (it will be shown on touch devices and when video is loading on PCs/laptops). Also it is important to provide all three (webm, mp4, ogv) video formats (fallback) since some browsers (PCs/laptops) can only play certain type of video.
2. This needs to be tested by support team. Please try to login with Envato account instead or submit another ticket by using theme purchase code, and we will check this with Ticksy team.

Hi i’m trying to alter / remove the wordpress tagline in settings > general. however everytime after i update it returns to the value “Just another WordPress site”. how do i fix this issue ? Appreciate for your advise asap.

Firstly, I just want to say that I have no regrets about having purchased this theme. It has definitely lived up to it’s reputation and I really appreciate all of the hard work that you all have put into maintaining it. With each update the demos exceed expectations and make it possible to compete in the design market, which in itself has been a huge return on my initial investment.
However, I’m not sure when or why this has changed but unlike previous updates before 13.0 that included “all” of the updated plugins, these last few have not and it has been a frustrating and unnecessary time suck for me to update to the latest version of the theme only to find out that one or more of the plugins were not included in the package, then have to go into my trash bin hoping to find the version that may or may not have the latest, delete the current theme, upload the old theme, then delete it to upload the current again, only to find that everything is still not current.
Moreover, lately you have been releasing updates so close together that I haven’t bothered to download every version. Therefore, I’m missing a few that may have actually had some of the updates, which now are no longer available.
So at this time, I currently have the latest update of this theme, which is great. However, when compared with the change log, many of the plugins in my directory are not updated and the Revolution slider is missing altogether, which is hindering the overall function of the theme.
Therefore, please let me know when you are able to provide me with a version that includes “all” of the updated plugins or when you can go in to make the fix. I will gladly make a user name/pw available to you.

All plugins all on latest available version when theme updates was released and they are inside wp-content\themes\bridge\includes\plugins so you can update or install them at any time, and regarding update you can check following tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NI7LJwkXUAA&list=PLNypD600o6nLFmxDfvLXYbH6LjWSoAhaV&index=6 . Just make sure that parent theme is active when you are installing plugins since plugin installation files are inside parent theme folder.

Thanks so much for the quick response. I watched the video and have been installing the plugins accordingly. However, this process only works on the Layer Slider and WP Bakery plugins. If I delete any of the others and go to the “install plugins” link, they are not there. Then I have to go back to a previous version of the theme to get them (13.0), which does not include the latest version of the Revolution Slider.
Furthermore, although the latest update for the Revolution Slider is included in version 13.6, which I no longer have, when I deleted it first to install the latest update, it was not included in the “install plugin” lineup. So what do you suggest?
Although I have version 3.9 of the theme, which was downloaded via the Envato Market plugin, according to your change log, the following plugins are still outdated:
Qode Listing; Qode Membership; Qode News; Qode Restaurant; Qode Twitter Feed; Timetable Responsive Schedule; and the Revolution Slider is missing altogether.

We have improved demo import because theme now have many additional plugins, so you will be promoted to install plugin only if it is required by the demo which you are trying to import https://www.screencast.com/t/l9bdnUMTUg43 , and installation script will only offer you to install important plugins like WPBakery page builder, so to install latest versions just uninstall plugins, and then install the ones which you are using from wp-content\themes\bridge\includes\plugins

However, not only did your suggestion not work, in my opinion, I should not have to submit a ticket for plugin updates that are supposed to accompany the theme.
I would really appreciate it if you would please provide me with a version of the theme that includes them or make arrangements to fix this because as of now, I am unable to use any demos that require these plugins to function properly.

Timetable is included in latest theme version http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/change-log/ and previous latest plugin versions which are included in previous theme updates are also present in latest theme update, so they are all up to date. For example Qode membership which is included with version 13.6 https://www.screencast.com/t/xsHtp4JQqj5 is also present in latest theme update, so you just need to install them as I previously suggested.
Submitting a ticket is just a suggestion because you have hard time updating plugins so if you need help from support for this you should contact them by submitting a ticket.

You just need to uninstall plugin and then to install it form bridge / plugins folder and you will get latest included version. I have recorded short video https://www.screencast.com/t/cMh16jgi . Latest plugin versions are inside theme folder and if you don’t know how to install latest versions after this then please submit a ticket and our support will do this for you. Plugins are updated and everything is working as it should.

I know that you are frustrated but I am not suggesting that the plugins are not updated or working properly. It’s clear from the change log that they are. I’m merely stating that although I’ve installed the latest theme update, mine are not updated.
Furthermore, I watched the video (thanks) and as I stated before, I do not have versions 13.6 or 13.7. I went straight to 13.8 from 13.5 because the updates were so close together. Not only that, I’m not using Chrome or a PC and my Bridge theme folder does not have a separate plugins folder. So…
Okay, so I found the folder inside the zip and was able to update all of the plugins.

Bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. Unfortunately, some plugin authors included additional functionalities like import of predefined templates and this is only reserved for users who have purchased plugin directly. There is no workaround for this, and for your case, if you want to be able to use templates only way is to purchase plugin separately.

This could be due to browser caching and if you are maybe have several accounts so try to clear browser cache and then try to authorize to Ticksy with your envato account on which you have purchased the theme.

Hi, I have a problem in setting the initial background color for the header menu. While the background color works for the “after scroll” setting, it does not work for the initial background color. Colors for the header won’t work if you are using header skin since they are using predefined colors (light and dark), so check setting for header skin from Qode options, but also check the same on per page options when you edit page, since same options is also available on each page and it will override global setting if used.
