I think this is an amazing theme, but I am extremely disappointed in the support. Where can I file a complaint to the company managers so they can address the issues I’m having? It takes at minimum a day to get an answer which wouldn’t be as bad if they fully addressed all your questions. Often I get a partial answer and have to keep restating the problem. Other times I am told something can’t be done and then I figure out how to do it myself. The result is that is it taking forever to get answers, I’m losing time restating the questions, and my frustration level is high. I’ve worked on many websites and dealt with support and though these support people have a friendly tone, which goes a long way, it seems they are not taking my questions seriously (it almost feels now they are doing it on purpose because I’ve complained), nor caring that several days to a week to resolve a question is unacceptable.

Anyway ask your host to upgrade the PHP version this is free and also WordPress officially suggest to use the PHP 7.2, send them this link, also with PHP 5.6 they are offering you an obsolete technology: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Hi, I’m really up against a deadline and have been asking some questions about the theme in support but not readily getting the answers I need. Hello, I have problem with the role of visual composer. this is the same issue of an other guy
“Anytime you go to use page builder for posts, portfolio or uncodeblock (it is fine for pages) the page builder role manager settings reset to default on their own after you publish a post. (default settings is ‘unchecked’ for posts, portfolio and uncode block in role manager). Therefore, every time you try to create or edit anything other than a page. You need to open WPBakery Role manager and check off the posts, portfolio and encodeblock and save settings. But then after a publish of a post, it goes back to default.”
I updated the Theme but after this the site has completely changed. All the link are blue, the layout of my pages are different. So I’m back to the previous backup. I can not have problems in this moment. You think, I can upgrade only the wp bakery to solve this problem?

Hi there, there seems to be some sort of bug for the Posts element. We use it to display our products, activating the “Show More” button. Posts are sorted by modification recency. However, occasionally after a purchase, the collection will go haywire. Either the show more button starts infinitely repeating the already visible products, or only the hidden products get shown (with the previously visible ones disappearing altogether). Possible to get someone to take a look as it’s a pretty major issue for us that has occured quite a few times already?

Does your theme works out of the box with Jetpack plugin. Especially i want to know about their CDN. Will this plugin rewrite all urls to CDN?

Hosting company says that everything is set according to the theme requirements and that probably the theme can’t read the PHP properties. Should I not worry about that message or should I fix it somehow? If yes, could you please let me know what should be done? Thank you.

I mean, making a parallax background image stay at 100% while the other scrolls up above the one behind. I am aware your version of visual composer supports some degree of parallax effect but last time I used your Uncode it had not the capability to overlay completeley a background image. Thanks
