Hey, my license expired but yesterday the theme shows blank pages in all sections. Nothing was touched or changed. Everything is updated. Do I have to renew 6 months of license for this or is there any general isssue that you know of?

Could you try disabling all 3rd party plugins to see if this is caused by any plugins you’re using? For sure, it is something in your installation.

I did that before writing this. It’s not the plugins. I also activated another theme and the site works well. That’s why I think is theme-related
Hey! Thanks for getting back. Osmosis works fine in more than 3K installations so it is obvious that it has nothing to do with the theme itself. Of course, you must use the theme as it is and be sure that you are full-updated (theme and required plugins). Could you please share with us the related URL?

The custom html tags inside the menu items seemed to be the problem! I still use them but with different nesting and the site is up again. Thanks a lot for replying!

I’m a big fan of this theme and for some crazy reason my events calendar single page loads as a full page and not with a side bar now. I’ve had it with a sidebar for a couple of years and it defaulted to full page. I have the settings correct in theme options and tribe settings. Could you please check if you have overridden the global layout in the single event? In the backend of the single events there is the metabox “Event Layout Options” where you can define the sidebar.

I downloaded and upload the zip to my themes. I did not however get WP bakery nor the osmosis extension. Were are these plug ins that were supposed to come with it?
it says i need to install wp bakery, osmosis extension and contact form 7. Do i need to buy these or are they somewhere in the compressed zip file?

Osmosis’ latest version is 3.8 – http://greatives.eu/themes/updates/osmosis/ – so what you get is pretty normal since you have updated WordPress. It is worth noting that one of the main reasons for updating the theme is to ensure the compatibility with the new WP releases – https://docs.greatives.eu/tutorials/wp-theme-updates-important/ . Check on this article http://bit.ly/2pNJSqZ how to update theme and required plugins. If you have access in the Envato account that you have purchased Osmosis you can get the latest theme version as the expiration of the support has nothing to do with the theme update.

Hi, I’ve bought Osmosis, but it’s impossible to install it directly by .zip. The child theme insllation is OK. If I install the folder Osmosis by FTP the WP page goes inmediately in white.

Hello, in the feature section of one page, when I put “Dark” or “Light” in the “Header Style”, with the feature size in “Full screen” my logo dissapears and the Osmosis logo becomes visible. What can I do? Thank you!!

The background video doesn’t work in Safari. Will this be resolved in next updates?

Thanks for your feedback! I suppose you mean HTML videos on devices, allow me to explain it further.
In general, web browsers on devices do not support HTML videos. That is why we have included the option to use a background image instead that will be shown in devices. Additionally, background videos don’t have controls and Apple has disabled autoplay for html5 videos due to bandwidth.
Fortunately, some changes has recently occurred on web browsers and you can have HTML videos with some restrictions and on specific operating system versions. We have already included the needed changes in our latest theme – Movedo – so we will check how to do so in Osmosis as well.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. Yes I was noticed about the recent changes on Apple about the videos restriction. Now Safari it doesn’t show the fallback image. So hopefully the changes work on Movedo and are implemented in Osmosis.

Hi! I am disappointed with the theme. Something happened with the responesiveness and displaying the pictures. For example, featured element (image) stretch the width out. So, the image looks clipped, although the size is appropriate. The same does with the background image of the row (in VC). I aware that my support has expired and don’t count on it… but it is my big regret to have such trouble.

I am using the FEATURE MAP utility in a couple of pages. There are 20 markers and it would really be very useful if the user could zoom and move through it with his fingers when he is watching it on Ipad on a mobile. Right now, the map does not allow you to make these gestures. FEATURE MAP is an option available for the header, it is not a plugin. Thanks for the quickness. I’ll wait for your answer again.
Thanks for getting back! I know that the Feature map is part of our theme. I have just suggested to try an external plugin for Google maps, in your first row via the Page Builder. This is an alternative solution in case that we cannot provide the feature you need there.

Does support multilanguaje? Need to buid 3 language site
Does support all Woocommerce plugins, like Iconic Product configurator, DHL, Credit card payment, etc, to build a full Corporate and shop site?
Can I switch the color of headers, etc, to custom customer color?

1. Yes, sure you can have a multilingual site with any of our themes. Each one is fully compatible with WPML and Polylang plugins.
2. We can ensure you about the compatibility of our themes with WooCommerce but not with any other 3rd party plugin.

You can easily add the Blog element in the homepage as well. If you mean the Split menu, unfortunately it is not available in Osmosis. Split menu is a header option in our latest theme, Movedo – https://greatives.eu/themes/movedo/movedo-freelancer/ .
