Hi there I’ve noticed an issue with the Video Box shortcode. This occurs on your demos as well. When viewing on mobile (portrait) if you click the image and the video opens and you then turn the phone to landscape BEFORE pressing play on the video, the player shows up small and on left bottom edge of the screen. i’m guessing this is a javascript issue as it’s getting the position of the pop up based on screen size when the pop up is triggered. But it needs to have a listener so if the user turns their phone it will reposition.

prettyphoto script which is used doesn’t have parameter which will reload script when you change orientation, so you have to refresh the page in order to load video in the center of the page. We hope that script author will enhance this in some update.

Make sure that you are using latest theme and plugin versions because if you are using PHP 7.2 older versions of page builder plugin won’t work.

If you are using header skin you won’t be able to change colors, so make sure that header skin isn’t used. It can be set globally from Qode options > Header but also from per page options when you edit page.

And thanks for noticing this. I have check this and it seems that currency symbol is hard coded, so I have informed developer and team will fix this in next theme update. They will determine if it will be better to add option for this or to pull WooCommerce currency symbol. Some times WordPress is unable to delete folder when uninstalling plugin so just connect with FTP client and delete plugin folder: wp-content/plugins/js_composer

Hi, I am not understanding. What do you mean that I can use the plugin, but won’t be able to activate them??? If I can’t activate them, how am I suppose to use them??? Considering, that I bought Bridge because it says that theme comes with visual composer/revolution slider, they have to work. Anyway, eventually, I manage to install and activate all the plugins via ftp. I don’t understand why I had all this problems…

Plugins updates will be supplied with each theme update. You need to create translation for theme and plugins and translated text strings will be loaded for your WordPress language. Native way of doing this is poedit software (free version is enough) https://poedit.net/ but also you can use some plugin for this. Theme officially supports WPML but you can also try some free alternative like maybe loco translate.
