Hi, I am facing huge issues with page loading speed. Also, your new release is not stable. I updated to new version, unable to publish any changes as new release is eating up all the resources (RAM -100% and disc I/O resources are touching 100% usage) which is pushing site to a halt.

Please share link to 3.3.1 version download which was much stable.

With new version, the demo’s data is not even getting copied properly.

I sent a mail. When I updated eduma latest theme version . Then I can’t any page access . my error_log.txt. in FTP. that wp-content/themes/eduma/inc/custom-functions.php on line 2338 and 2306 line.

Hello, I installed this theme on a domain to act as a development site. Once complete I will install on a new domain. Will logging into Envato on the development site cause any issues if I need to login again on the live site?

When trying to access any instructor profile, this message appears: “This user does not public their profile”. Can you help?

VERY VERY SLOW theme!

I was working for 3 months, tried a lot of tips and suggestions from customer support but the website loading speed is slower and slower. In the last days website and wp-admin may not load at all! And now I ascertain I need to buy another theme and start from the beginning (

All the time answers are like: “the loading speed is ok”. Dear reader, you can launch now trading.md and make your own conclusion, is this loading speed ok?

My website is simple enough now, but it takes all the hosting’s 512 mb all the time, and thats why all goes down! While such website should not require either 20Mb.

Hello, After installing One course demo, when I take my course I can’t see the scrolling down arrow. What can be wrong?

CRUCIAL NOTE

After update to latest version, GUESTS CAN BUY COURSES (without having to login) even if the relevant * option is not checked * on the settings page. But this way, the info of buyers gets lost, as nothing is saved and the order is then listed anonymously: i.e. you can’t really tell who bought what! Please, check.

Also, where can I edit the “Read More” button to change the button text please ?

I just installed the latest version of the Eduma/Learnpress theme, including the demo content. Below the footer the page shows the “Become An Instructor?” element, but I like to be able to disable (and in the future customize) this feature. From other comments I read that I should be able to uncheck the “Allow Instructors Registration” from LearnPress General Settings, but this option is not even shown in our install.

My site stopped 3 days after the last update !! How do I get back? All students are writing! The update has many errors. I’ve been writing to you for 3 days and I have no answers !! Heeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!

This option doesn’t work – Content drip 1. Open the lesson / quiz sequentially

1. Open lesson 2 after completed lesson #1, open lesson #3 after completed lesson #2, and so on

I click on 1 and save the course and nothing happen, students can access on every different lesson…
